My summer primo cutting cycle.

So we're close to summer & I want to look good, like Justin Bieber, but with a six pack. God all mighty I want to look 15 again. lol
Stats: 39 years old (but feel like 17)
5'7
216 lbs, BF around 10-12 %


Current Cycle: Primo 300 mg from GentleMansClub a week
Test Undecanoate 500 mg GentleMansClub a week
GHRP-6 by purchase peptides(3[/url] X a day)
Supps: I take nothing but the best (N2BM)
Need2Slin (3 X a day)
N2KTS (2 scoops Pre-Workout)
Whey to build muscle protein shakes
(2 Scoops, 3 X a day)
Bridge 2 caps ED
Also migth change supps and add more as I go.
Diet will look like this:
(Cal 2,500-2,800/ pro 300/fat 100/carbs 100-150)Will be drinking 1 1/2 of water ED.

My Training will look like:
Cardio 4 X a week (30 min)
I'm doing a different approach to get more cut.

Cycle notes: So far I've noticed a gain in strenght, and muscle mass, muscles look harder & leaner.


Supps notes: I'm loving N2Slin, I've run this before and it works great, feel much more vascular, increases my appetite a bit too, which I like.
The chocolate peanut butter whey to build protein is awesome !! Best tasting protein shake by far.
N2KTS always gets me jacked.. I love this stuff.

Today I rested gonna take off for the long weekend, I will be pinning primo and test Undecanoate sat, I love this combo, it's A1A grade.. GXRP6, same as HGH.

thxs the primo is outstanding my diet has not been all nice and right and still from week 4 to now week 6 it has helped me cut the fat, I look ripped shreaded and those GHRP 6 keeps me peped up which I love it the Undecanoate 500mg has my libido through the roof, Ill be posting my log of the day,.

Primo from Gentleman's Club is working great, it's reallty helped me lean out while gaining good mass, the gains are not super fast, but it's a good solid gain.

thxs for asking I will post some pics, and the reason why I left out squats & deads is because I'm working on an overall recomp of muscle's that need to be brought out, however deads and squats are a must cuase it's a compound movement, I find that I have been doing them for so many years, so I'm trying something new on this log,.

I'll be using Primobolan for the first time ever in a few weeks, and will eventually stack it with Masteron (also a first) as my contest gets closer and the body fat is melted away. I am very interested in your results, dosages, and timing of injections, so I'm subbed in here. Have a fun cycle! I'll be using Prop and perhaps an additional of Sustanon just for fun :)

Is a big cycle, but I'm gonna go al out, excited to start.

Hows the t3 working out for ya ? Is it noticeable ? Also when you say AM cardio is that fasted or just after breakfast ?

I just realized I should have included that.
Begining weight on this cycle was 216 lbs, I really began this cycle 8 weeks ago, just didn't get to post it here since the begining. From weeks 1-4 I dropped to 209.

Until last week I was only doing Primo & Test, and the gains I noticed from Primo & test alone were excellent, Biggest thing I noticed was a decrease in bodyfat,especially my midsection, and a more vascular look. The gains with Primo have been steady & solid, not super fast, but definitely good quality mass.


Last week I added the other compunds including T-3, is still kindda of early to tell you any results from T-3, I will take it in smaller doses to aid in fat burn and increase protein synthesis without causing my body to draw from my muscle as energy.

As far the other compounds I can tell you I have already gained 4 lbs in 1 week, the strengh is through the roof, the pumps are amazing, I only did 1 set today of chest & my chest wanted to pop out of my chest cavity...lol

As far as my diet goes, and to answer Zedhed's post, I eat about 3,200 cals. 50/30/20
So about 400 grams of protein/ 240 carbs/ 80 grams of fat.

For ex:
Chicken Breast
Turkey Breast
Eggs/Egg Whites
Bison/Deer Meat
93% and up lean beef (ground beef, roast beef, london broil)
Tuna, salmon, talipa
Whey to build muscle protein shakes

Oats (not istant)
Sweet potatos
Yams
Wheat Bread (no, not the enriched type)
Ezekiel Bread

Almonds
Avocado (my fav)
Cashews
EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Fish Oil

The protein shakes I devide in 3 shakes I take each with 2 scoops, gives me about 40 grams of protein per shake, I love N2BM shakes they have low carbs & are low in sugar.

I took the day off & spent some time with my Father, did some mechanical work for my pa's car changed radiator easy stuff, Definitely N2KTS had me sweating like a mofo, that and the high 90's degree weather here in Miami, I think I sweated more than when I do 30 of cardio...lol

sure, I like dbls simply because I feel that my chest contracts better, the more I concentrate in contractions the more efficient direct pump I feel, you and I know the art of BBuilding is how well you concentrate on those reps & keeping good form.

I myself love N2KTS, I need something that's going to give me the pep I need, & N2KTS is better than Cuban Coffee shots, the strongest coffee in the world.


Mrs P says the same thing about Forged Burner, so I may try them.... But I'm loyal to N2KTS !!!!!!!! :verygood:

I havent tried the N2KTS yet but I do love the Forged Burner.
That stuff makes me feel gr8 during my workout!
Get the nice warm feeling all over and get a real nice sweat going at about 15-20 mins after I take one.
Then during my workout plenty of energy.
Now if I take 2 ..... holy ecstasy bat man!!!!!
Then I am a totally diff person.
As in LASERED IN intense. Sweat pouring off me, blast through my cardio
Aggressive as hell during my workout, like almost ready to fight kick ass.
So its really kinda cool as I can adjust either way for a super bitch slap workout that leaves on my knees like a little gurl or a workout that just leaves feeling like I did good but not a death workout.

25mcgs in the am per day for 7 days (week 1)
50mcgs (25mcgs when I wake up, 25mcgs 4hrs later) per day for 7 days (week 2)
75mcgs (50mcgs when I wake up, 25mcgs 4hrs later) per day for 7 days (week 3)
100mcgs (50mcgs when u wake up, 50mcgs 4hrs later) per day for 14days (weeks 4/5)

You know I've never taken Forged, I've only taken N2KTS & wel,l you know how intense this stuff is, I take 2 scoops & I'm wired like a mofo.

My wife takes Forged Burner & she loves it, she says it gives her clean steady energy, she doesn't feel jittery, she's taken N2KTS & she says the energy is more intense with N2KTS, but for her Forged works very well.

I am sweating a lot more than usual, my temp is a bit elevated, nothing really that bothers me thou... I know many people report they feel jiterry, not happening to me, or at least not yet.

On the oils, Yes, indeed they are showing it to be .., just looking at some transformations here on EF with their oils is making it all more real and the go to.:cool:
 
I am sweating a lot more than usual, my temp is a bit elevated, nothing really that bothers me thou... I know many people report they feel jiterry, not happening to me, or at least not yet.

I take my caps 3 X day too, At first it made me feel hungrier, now I think my body had gotten used to it, I don't feel this anymore, I looove N2slin man, is great, it really helps me take advantage of my cals especially my carbs. it really helps me shuttle carbohydrates and other nutrients to my muscles leaving them no chance of being stored as fat.
I love the pumps I get at the gym too, it really gives me awesome pumps.

Bro I have noticed my midsection is definitely srhinking, I do notice that what ever physical work I do my body does go into a thermogenic effect, I start sweating like a mofo !!!!
you know everyone reacts different and in their own way, so maybe you are taking the benefits, but you might not be reacting the same as me.

Workout was good, kindda of had to do it faster than normal, but felt a great pump
 
So far I think I may be noticing a little bit of an effect. But not enough to be sure yet. Is it possible that my system could be so depleted in T3 that it needs to get built up, is that even possible? Anyway gonna bump to 150 mcg/day and hold there. That will be my max. If I notice any side will drop back to 100mcg and keep it there.

Sure it's possible, I'm sure you've heard of hypothyroidism... not saying you have this, but maybe you should have your thyroid levels checked.

You would need a full panel of tests, including TSH, free T4, free T3, T3 uptake, and T4 uptake.

Let me know how bumping it up to 150mcg works for u Brother.

Last full panel that I had it was fine. However my older brother was diagnosed as Hypothyroid. I believe they put him on some kind of injection. Dont know if he is still on it or not.

hahaha thxs bro, my vacations include me doing some work from my laptop always, I'm a broker for my trucking company so basically I have to be on top of things and making sure things are being done, I started as a trucker and I'm a trucker at heart...

Hahaha !! Bother I used to get those looks a lot, when I used to walk into docks to pick up 80 thousand pounds of goods, I would get wierd looks, like C'mon You are the trucker ?
I've been bodybuilding since 20 years ago, So I was bodybuilding & trucking,
You know I keep asking myself, why do truckers have to look fat ?
Everyone sterio type truckers as fat, gut showing, bunch of hillbillies wearing trucker caps, but really not everyone is like that.. and the shit load of money we make...

I now have my own trucking company, so don't need to be trucking anymore, just focus on being a broker and getting the next load for my drivers..

You know it was all about preparation, I would prepare my meals before going on a trip, I had my own mini fridge in the truck & a double sleeper, so I would prepare enough chicken breast, I had my rice maker, take all my vegies & I even had a scale to weigh my food. so is all how commited you are..
If my trips were long I would search for gyms, that had a one day use pay rate and use it, YMCA are everywhere, and just do what had to be done, it was challenging but possible.

I'm glad I don't have to go through all that now, but from time to time I do go on the road & have to prepare like this, is the price we pay to play in the game.

my bad, I never put it on my log that I was taking CJC, I just realized this yesterday I've been pinning both CJC & GHRP at 50 mcg thats 5 marks from an insulin pin

TUESDAY

Well I am finalizing this log, I have really nejoyed making this log & posting it here.
I can say I have had great gains with this cycle.

Bodyfat has definitely dropped & haved gained about 15 lbs of mass.

Primo was awesome, I had a good steady mass gain... I have maintained those gains very well.

Anavar did get me a bit bloated for the first week, but afterwards hard look on muscles & a fuller look.

Masterone is the master as well as tren, although I have gained weight it has kept my bodyfat low.

T3 & Clen helped me in lowering bodyfat for sure, I didn't really get any neg sides from clen, just massive sweating.

Overall I'm very happy with Gentleman's Club their compounds are wgat they are said to do, excellent quality, clean & smooth.
 
Does anyone know of another member who has used oral Primo before? I have enough to do a great daily dosage for a full 10 weeks, just curious, thanks! :)

PS: I also have inj. Primo, around 10 vials, so I might be using that in stead, but already inject 3-4 times a day with peptides and AAS.
