My situation ( Opinions welcomed )

Ok so here's the deal, about 10 months ago I was in a fairly bad motorcycle wreck, I broke my leg and ripped my face up from some lady running me over, I got all the way down to 140 lbs.

When I started working out again I was still 140 lbs I started eating more, like anyone trying to gain weight would do, I gained 50 lbs in 70 months, unfortunatly when I was trying to get my weight back I was eating everything in sight, and gained some a gut.

I'm currently 190 lbs, and just started taking Deca, I've re-arranged my diet though, This friday will make for my third shot of deca 300mg 2cc's a week.

My diet right now is as follows -

5:30am I eat cereal ( healthy cereal ) or oat meal.

8:00am 16oz Whey protein drink

10:00am 16oz Whey protein drink

12:00pm Chicken tuna sandwich on the healthiest bread I could find.

2:00pm 16oz Whey protein drink

3:00pm Pre-workout energy drink

5-7:00pm (Whenever I get out of the gym) I take another Whey protein drink

I usually than wait an hour and eat dinner.

I was hoping this would put some more muscle on me and take off some of the fat I've gained from gaining weight so quickly, I'd just like some other peoples opinions or advice, I do appreciate any help given to me.

The late dinner couldn't possibly help with the gut.

But then again you're using drugs so that could change things.

My main interest in your thread was the wreck. Sorry to hear about it. I just dewinterized both my Harley's today. Are you riding again?

And yes I'm pissing alot, of course.

I'm not riding right now, no, but I will be eventually.

Although I'm not in to harley's. I prefeer speed to comfort, my last bike was a GSX-R1000, I dont see my self riding in Vegas's city limits again though, people are are fucking idiots, and there are way too many illegal wetbacks here, they can't fucking drive AT ALL.

Next bike I get will probably be an '08 GSX-R1000, and the riding I will be doing will be outside of Vegas, possibly doing the laughlin river city run, and the bordello thunder run or I would like to take the hollywood cruise ( Santa Cruz to Hollywood ).

I was hit by an illegal wetback that had no insurance, so... yeah... no bike right now, just medical bills, heh.
 
wow this sounds all too familiar.......oh wait thats cause the same thing happened to me. I dropped from 190 to 150 in 5 weeks. Weighed myself on June 15 and was 150. Today i weigh 215. So roughly 65 lbs in 9 months and I've never been stronger. Not as lean as i used to be but I'm going for size and strength now. Keep your head up. Find the diet that works for you and stick with it. I feel with you bro. Can't wait for the day I get back on the bike again.
 
Replace the shakes with real food at 8am and 10am.Run some test at a higher dosage than the deca.Do some cardio if needed or the ab fat
