My results from test/deca cycle

Just did last shot of test. Used 15ml Cypadex (300mg Test cypionate + arimidex) and 10mlx 200mg Nandrolone decanoate. Test was pyramid starting and ending at 450mg and max was 750mg, deca was constant at 600mg per wk

Gained 20lb with minimal water but obviously expect to lose some post cycle. Anyway, good results from both Syrus products.

Congrats on the gains bro! Those first cycle gains are a thing of beauty. Keep hitting it hard during PCT, make sure you're eating a ton of clean food.
 
Nice man. I finished up a QV Deca (300wk) / Test (500wk) cycle. I gained 27lbs. Im into my 4th week of pct, down 3lbs. Its a nice solid cycle, I'm trying to put together my next cycle for june.

That's exactly what my first cycle was! I went from 213 to 253. The gain wasn't as massive as you think, I got diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. I went from 240 to 213 in about three months. I hit the sauce and blew the fuck up. I gained 20 pounds in 2 weeks!

I don't know about that... Of the 12 wk cycle I'm on I've reached a plateau in my 6th week and haven't gained any weight in over 2 weeks.

Same... I start to plateau at around week 5 of any cycle. My view is that I am wasting the gear after around 6-7weeks. ie. diminishing returns...need higher doses for reducing gains.

My theory is that my body is down regulating hard at this point. And I know many other have the same result hence the amount of people who support short cycles.

I agree with sweed diggity! I think you can make solid gains for a another month or so atleast. It may be too late now. Either way, it was a great cycle.
 
great gains! i doubt you are at your natural limit so u can probably still make good gains off ur cycle.....get enough sleep especially and eat a lot of meat. i've added about 3lbs per week to my bench and now i'm at 290 and i've never cycled yet!
 
I dont know about this whole short cycle therory though if it were true then the pros wouldnt have to stay on all year long.Not like they have to look like pros for guest posing during off season.
 
My first cycle ever was 250 mg sustanon and 100 mg deca every week. I know this sounds puny for most members of this site, but I could not have had better results. When completed, I had gained about 20 lbs solid, lean muscle after bloating had subsided. I am surprised about short cycle, I don't know much, but most of my gains came late.
My best gains were in flat-bench triceps press and stiff-legged dead-lifts.

8 reps @ 135 up to 8 reps @ 275 on the lying tri press (this exercise is by far best at adding mass to tris. If you haven't tried, do so!)

8 reps @ 315 max up to 8 reps @ 600 lbs on stiff-leg dead-lift
(could have done more, got fearful of hernias)

I know I was doing a low dose, but I did 10 weeks and I don't even feel like I started growing until week 6, if you're plateauing after 6 weeks you may not be adding enough calories as you grow. I ate protein continuously the entire 10 weeks until I was sick.

If you can't eat any more, smoke a joint, you'll eat, full or not!

I am very sorry but GODDAMMN 265 and 280 or whatever for bench while ON!!You guys should of never touched AS.when you get to your limit naturaly then jump on,not when your bench is 215! When i was 16 my berch was 260! Guys come on this sounds rather crazy! Is that what it comes down to,using AS to kick start your entry in to weight training! OH MY FUCKIN GOD! I truly dont mean to be a dick but what made you guys want to get on soooo quick?
 
That was my first cycle and I was about 20-21 at the time. I also did 100 mg of EQ every week, but I have seen guys on this site who have done 5-10 times that amount. I should note that I am a mixed martial artist not a bodybuilder, I lift for power, not mass. I actually did about 90 mins of intense cardio in the morning and heavy lifting at night and still got those gains. I know bodybuilders don't like to do cardio, but the extra energy it gave me added big time intensity to my powerlifting. Also, I had a doctor and a nurse tell me they knew I wasn't on steroids because my veins were too healthy for a steroid user. ha ha

Ha ha.. another old school guy like myself. You did it the right way my friend. There are a lot of people out there who are 18 that don't eat right or work out right that think they need juice to gain. I am in no way saying that is the case in this thread. But you will notice that a lot on this board...

When I was 18 I weighed 185 and benched 395 @ 3 reps, all natual. Don't rip on guys that have less natural ability than you. There's always someone that can do more.

right on... i am tall... so i have long arms.. not the best bencher , but i did deadlift 495 for 4 last year all natty, which i think is decent. But i did get to over the 300 mark natty with bench... and bench day is today. so itll be nice to put up some big numbers hopefully.

Talk about hijacked! Just wanted to share. BTW I am over 30 and have done about 6 cycles over as many years. My natural body weight is probably 150lb which is why I use AAS to keep my weight up... Anyway why should I have to explain myself, bitches.
