Would you mind posting what your cut up diet is? I am interested in cutting up...I think you are on a cycle, too, though....am I right?

umm...i'm not too hardcore into the dieting now, just making sure it's clean...

here's what i eat in a day... (and its a lot, i have a pretty high metabolism)

6:30 am - glutamine with water and a little fruit juice to taste (this is b4 cardio (60min))

8:00 am - 8 egg whites, 50 ml oats, and some maple syrup (cooked all together, its pretty tasty) + flax oil, multivitamin, antioxidents

9:30 am - protein shake (2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup soya milk, 1/4 cup egg whites, 1/3 banana, 30ml all natural peanut butter, ice blended good - this tastes soooo good, i crave my protein shakes!!)

11:30 am- 2 chicken breasts, 4-5 spears asparagus, 1 head of romaine lettace, 1/4 red pepper (all in a bowl to make a salad...) + vit c supp.


2:00 pm - protein shake or mrp

4:30 pm - either 2 chicken breasts or some roast beef, sweet potato, spinach and 1/4 red pepper + vit c supp

6:30 pm - workout, immed after (usually around 8 pm) carb drink with glutamine and creatine

9:00 pm - small dish pasta with cup of extra lean ground beef, 1/2 cup veggies and 1/2 head romaine (or
steak/chicken breast and sweet potato and salad)

before bed - protein shake as above (usually around 11, 11:30ish)

this is on a cardio day, if i dont do cardio i only have two shakes... i'd like to get more protein in the form of real food, but its difficult when you're working 9-10 hours a day, trying to find the time to eat constantly (not to mention prepare food) is a challange...

my weights are spit over 5 days + an extra leg day (typcially looking like this)

Chest and bis
back and tris
legs
off
shoulders and calves
legs - heavy
off


i am currently on week 3 of a 11 week (maybe longer) anavar cycle, 10mg per day, 5 at 6:00am and 5 at 6pm) (I've posted my cycle details on the woman's board)
 
Wow! , I'd like to hang with you if only to get all that food! ... Great pics and I like your diet layout ... It must definitly be hard to get the time to eat all that and work as well... That is something I struggle with big time... Great Work!

Anyway, I just mentioned it because I was real impressed with you... then when I read about the steroid usage my first reaction is "why?". To me it takes away from someone (seems kinda like cheating on an exam to me).

as for my supplimentation, if you browse the woman's threads you will see that i am in week 3 of an anavar cycle... and to make a long story short i turned to this route because i was overtraining/platueauing/fighting numerous injuries and close calls over the past few months.. i wanted to push my body harder and it resisted... for me its about being strong and taking things past my point of comfort... this was not a quick fix, but rather a training tool... everyone has their own reasons... but i don't see this as invalidating one single second of the many MANY MANY hours that i've spent in the gym and with the diet etc... don't think for one second that i don't work my ass off to get where i am...

as for the sides, i've done my research, know my body and have reasonable and realistic expectations... i know when to stop and will in a second if i need to...

i'm curious as to why/how you found this board... i mean no, not everyone on here uses AS, but there aren't too many people out there with the anti-steroid view on here.... not knocking you, just curious.. (hehe don't take that to the anabolic board, they'll flame your ass so bad you won't know what hit you!!)
