Bro what are you talking about?? and as far as my arms go I have trained my biceps maybe twice in my whole life so maybe that is why they are lagging. They measure 16 1/2 relaxed and 18 flexed.

I am just surprised...that's all, just because I am about 5'10 215, and you look a lot bigger than I do. Really, it is a compliment, I am thinking your bodyfat must be much lower than it looks, to have that kind of size and only weigh 215...But really you look great, definitely scary ass middle linebacker, personally you look like you could fuck up Dan Morgan, but maybe that's just me (I really REALLY hate Miami...Go Hokies!!!)

You look great man....Huge , especially for a fucking 19 yr. old....I wouldnt lose any bodyfat if I were you....especially if your a middle backer...I played outside linebacker in High schools and college , and I always felt stronger when i had some bodyfat.
