First thing first: It was my first bb pics, I had never posed before!!
Can you take a look and tell me what I should do. I've been trainning for almost seven years and now I'm at that point where I'm asking myself:"Do I really have to workout that hard and why???"

Those pics have been taken 5 weeks after I started primo (50mg/3 days), my bf was at 12%, 118 lbs. I'm now at the end of my first cycle, 11%bf, 120 lbs. I started at 12.5 BF%, 116lbs. I'm 5 feet tall. I had no side effects on this cycle. My diet (if we can call it a diet!) was not really strict, I had one to two cheating meal each week. But I eat at least 150gr/protein per day with low carbs (under 75 gms/day).

I never did a bb show before but I will probably do a powerlifting comp next fall. I do squats with 205 lbs for 10 reps and I did deadlifts for the first time last saturday (225 max). The questions are: to compete or not? If so, BB? Powerlifting?? I don't have a clue of what my goals are. Please, help me!!
Thank you,

I don't know about anyone else, but I can't access these pics without a password. I am really interested to see, though.

Yup, I'll ditto Night Fly's problem. We need a username/password to see the photos.

Sorry!! I changed it now, can you try it again??

You look really nice, you have a great back! I guess you have to decide what you want to do. What is in your heart and what is your desire for yourself. We can't decide that for you. Bodybuilding and Powerlifting are tough sports. Takes a lot of time, intense training and some mental toughness. You have to sit down and decide what direction you want to go with it. Which one makes you happier and which one are you willing to put 110% into?? You could do great a both. I would love to see you bodybuild, but I love bodybuilding and I am in it myself so...You have a great frame to work with and you have some nice mass, a great diet and you would have a nice physique to compete with. I wish you the best in whatever you choose to do!

I've been workingout all those years for the fun of it. But now, I just feel that I need some challenges. I'm off all summer long (for two months), I can workout two times a day. I'm really ready to invest time, effort and money!
LG

You look terrific - did a much better job in your progress pics posing than I did! LOL!

As New said you really need to decide for yourself what your goals are and go from there. None of us can tell you what do. To me it looks like you could start locally competing if you dieted down hard to get more definition in the legs/abs. I would research and see whats involved and decide if its for you.

I'd be interested to hear more about the powerlifting too. Not a lot of women go for that despite the fact that many of us are very strong for our size.

You've done hard work and it shows!

love your back, but u need to show more of your calfs, from little i saw on the your pics your legs look great!

The thing is, I'm kind of afraid to step on stage. It's not because I'm too shy (I'm a a high school teacher, so I'm doing a big show all the time!!) I think it's because it's not really easy to be judged. It still hurts when girls are telling me that they want to build muscles but they don't want to get big as I am. Some days, I feel just like if I was a freak show 'cause the way people are looking at me. In the other hand, in powerlifting, you're not judged, you can lift the weight or not, you win or you loose, that's it.
I'm pretty proud of all the work I've done so far but I still think that I can go further. I'm really selfconfidente. It seems I just need someone to tell me LET'S GO GIRL!!

Thanks!
LG
BTW, I think I have a bad PMS day!! :)

very impressive..from what i saw i should be asking you for advice

"After this show i'll be fat and happy again.....If i make it to the show...." - Lee Priest

"Lets put some weight on the bar.." - Shawn Ray

"IT DOESN'T MATTER" - The Rock

"Intensity builds immensity" - Kevin Levrone

Dont let anyone bring you down from the high that you are on.. After all if I looked like that I would be so proud of all the hard work I've done and just blew off the people that made me feel bad. Just because people say that they dont want to be your size does not mean that you do not look good. Trust me I am not a fan of bulky girls but you truly do look good.

So you said that you had know side effects with the primo. No voice changing or anything of the sort. I was thinking of doing Clen,Winny,Anavar, and Cytomel. Do you have any feedback on that and any side effects? Any help would be great.

Stay positive you look AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Hey Clengirl! Thanks!!
It was my first cycle ever!! I took clen (gel), ECA and T3, no side effect at all. (maybe some headhaches from T3)

That was my cycle: (In fact, I took 50mg of primo every 3 days)

WK....Primo......T3......Clen.....ECA
1.....100..........................Yes
2.....100......25mcg......60mcg.......
3.....100......25mcg......60mcg.......
4.....100......25mcg...............Yes
5.....100......25mcg...............Yes
6.....100.................80mcg....Yes
7.....100.................80mcg....Yes
8.....100..........................Yes

But I have to say that I had a mature mass before I took all that stuff.

if people really do make comments or even stare at u funny, just prush it off. I know some people have a hard time when theres comments to ones body. But u really shouldnt care what simple minded stick, fat people say about u.

by the way if your as strong as u look, u should join martial arts and become a perfessional lady killer!!!!

I just started Clen last week and now I am up to Winny and Cytomel. I was thinking of Primo but after hearing this girl say she lost high pitched voice (you know what I am talking about) I was weary. Plus I have to convice the boyfriend. lol But you had nothing like that right.

Do you have any feedback on the winny and the cytomel? How good do these work and when will I start seeing, shall I say "your results"????? My boyfriend said they are awesome together but you always need a opinion of a women cause 2 different bodys.lol

You know it is funny cause hopefully by memorial day this year I will look awesome and when I am walking down the board walk this summer or anywhere in that matter and people are looking at me and how good I look I am just gonna be on a high and grining from ear to ear!!!!!! Just like you should be. Again keep up the good work!!!!!!!!

Little Girl forgot something. Her "little" husband helped her a lot on the "supplements" side of her training :). I'm proud of her accomplishments and am sure that the future will be very bright!!! :)

BIG?....Yes I am!

Hi again Clengirl! Like I said, it was my first cycle, I never tried winny because I thought that the side effects were more bad than from primo. I did a lot of search before I first took it to make sure that my voice would stay the same. I was really scary too to have a man voice, I was always asking my students: "Does my voice sound deep today??" And like I said, I took 25mcg of cytomel (half in the morning, and the other half in the afternoon). During that time I had some headhaches that I assume is from taking cytomel (T3) oh...I was always hungry and thirsty too. But it's not what I really call side effect...
LG

T'es cute!! Je t'aime mon Big Boy!!!

I get headaches too from the cytomel but I just drink a little bit of soda and it goes away or tylenol. I am very hungry to and that kind of bothers me as well. Maybe I will give primo a shot but I guess if you dont abuse it you will be fine.

I just started taking the winny no side affects yet but i have only taken 2 shots so far both half cc's. So, if I see somethings getting bigger then they should lol, I will let you know along with any other side affects I might have. But so far so good. By the way how did you get your abs like that?????? Sorry if I am bothering you but I have so many questions. =)

I would say that my abs are becoming more ripped day after day!! It looks better today than on those pictures. Clen helped alot though. I do hanging leg raise twice a week in superset with knee raise. But I think that the way you eat is the key!!

BB THIS IS MY CYCLE AS FOLLOW:

WEEK 1- Clen 1 in the morning 1 in the afternoon

Week 2- 2 clen, 1 cytomel in the morning and 1 clen in the afternoon.
Mon/Wens/Fri- half cc of winny

And that is all I know for right now. I have the rest of the weeks written at home but I know I will be increasing the dosages every week until desired need is meet. I was thinking of also adding anavar too that. What do you think?

Do you have any other way I should do it?

LG
I am starting to see my abs and that is what my boyfriend said about the abs. So I am trying to be as good as I can be with the healthy eating stuff. Thanks for the help!!!

I would be very careful with the winny. Do a search on the subject... If you take 2-3 hours of your time researching, you can save a lot of trouble in the longer run. Remember that YOU are the owner of your body and not you boyfriend/husband,. You need to make your own opinion because you will live with the results....

In mu own opinion, it's better to do a cycle with low dosages to see how the body react and adjust for the second cycle...

I did the research on winny and the only thing they said about the side effect was the clit thing. And I know he is not the owner of my body but he also wouldnt do anything to harm it eathier. Trust me he likes it the way it is. But I will do a search and see what I can find. What do you suggest I do?

i acessed the photos no problem they were quite impressive.. well for a beginner as i am that.
Could you tell me how may years it took you to look like that?
and coudl you give me any diet infpormation?

Hi Emac!
I've been trainning for almost seven years.(6 1/2years "clean" + last 2 months on AS) I would say that after the first year I saw some difference but nobody could tell that I was workingout. After the second years...Remarquable changes!! Honnestly, I would say that I'm satisfied since the fifth year. I guess we are never really satisfied of what we get...
For my diet, It goes something like this:

Breakfeast: Cereals and a protein shake

Am snak: Protein bar
(I eat carbs in the morning, I'm doing a very active job)

lunch : 200gr of sliced turkey breast, and maybe some cheddar cheese

PM snak: protein shake (low carbs)and some uncooked vegetables
GYM
Post-workout: Protein shake

Diner: 2-3 large chicken breast
Greek salad with Feta (without croutons)
My last meal is at around 8:30, if I'm not going to bed early, I'll get an other protein shake.
I take carbs in the morning because I can handle it, then I never mix up carbs/fat, only protein/fat is allowed. (this is based on the Montignac's diet)

You look great for either sport! You're really lucky to have a body with both powerlifting strength and bodybuilding aesthetic. Don't let it discourage you when people say they like how you look but don't want to be as big - they're just jealous. It's your body - do what makes YOU happy!

Thanks Fitfossil!

I'm not a woman, as you may guess from the name. I was just checking this board to see what you all talk about and I came up with a question. If you are not currently a competitive bodybuilder or a competitive powerlifter, then why did you decide to juice? With the potential side effects for women I don't think it makes much sense to juice unless it is to compete with "the big girls." That's just my take on it. What's yours?

Answer: I've been training for almost seven years. I reached, I think, the maximum I could do without AS. It's not like if I was lifting for 6 months then I decide to juice. I had a mature muscle mass before. I just wanted to go a step further. Don't worry, I did alot of search, in different places, to make sure that I would not have side effect. Primo is one of the less androgenic AS. I took very low dosage, I've been pretty attentive to any masculine signs. I had no undesirable effect.

grizzly,
never new in the hand book of anabolics it said you needed to compete in order to juice. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not all people do juice so they can compete. Some do it because they want to get toned and lean. Some people have been working out for so long and just cant get any further then they are and need a little shall you say pick me up. But if you read back further nobody said they didnt want to compete in bodybuilding or powerlifting. Personally I would like to compete in fitness if possible.

VERY IMPRESSIVE, LITTLE! YOU LOOK FANTASTIC, BUT YOU MAY WANT TO BE LEANER FOR A SHOW. KEEP IT UP :)

Espagnola,
I've never heard something that touching and charming. When I first started workingout, I never thought that I'd be like that one day. I was looking to some girls, they were my goal..Then I realized that gradually I came in better shape than they were. I just focused on what I wanted and I reached it. Keep going, I wished I started working out at your age though...

BTW, Yes Big Johnson, I'm French...Is my English that bad??

Hey Little Girl , my honest oppinion is that you look pretty gifted in gentics for bodybuilding . You have a very nice and impressive physique and could go either with
BB or powerlifting but it would be nice to see you use your talent in bodybuilding. By the way you have a very cute butt. Sorry I couldn't help but notice.
Go For It Girl !!... Munzer

I agree with Munzer & Big Johnson you are stage material..keep up the good work and go for the gold!!!!!!

"let's go girl" GO OUT AND DO IT!!!!!!!!!

Wow girl!
You look fabulous! Could I email you, I will need some advice?????? What is your best exercice to get abs like that??

[This message has been edited by squatgirl2001 (edited April 27, 2001).]

Of course Squatgirl you could email me. I'll do my best to help you. For my abs, I think hanging leg raise are the best exercice. Usually, I do my abs two times a week and I do superset of hanging leg raise and seated knee raise, 'till I die...
Talk to you later!
oh! I forgot! NUTRITION is the KEY. A clean diet would help soooooooooo much!

LG,
Congrats on the results of your hard work! The pix are quite good, and compliments to the photographer too.
You look extremely well defined and symetrical for your body composition. From the pix, you don't appear thick or overly muscular and I would classify you as a "Powerfully Feminine" woman. <That's good I thing. Unless of course, those around you are weak or easily intimidated. :cold: > Your frame appears quite well suited for your present body composition.

Should you desire, I would guess that you could continue to develop greater definition, without much concern about appearing 'too muscular' or masculine. You may wish to keep in mind that research has shown that our idea of an attractive figure is based more upon hip to waist ration that ANYTHING else. As long as your obliques do not become too thickly developed, you can continue to add muscle/definition should you desire. You will continue to look quite feminine due to your shoulder and hip to waist ratios. There is much research to back up the hip to waist ratio theory of attractivness. Click here for a good introduction to hip:waist ratio attractivness study and online survey.

Personally, it sounds as though some of those 'ladies' commenting that they don't want to be as muscular as you might be suffering from 'sour-grapes syndrome.' Don't let them make THEIR problem yours.

As far as competion, thats a big decision. Should you decide you have a goal in mind and WANT to compete, I believe you could be a success. An ex co-worker of mine used to compete and had a grand time of it. She never won on a national level, but was quite successful on the local and regional levels. She had loads of fun and made some really good friendships. According to her, the things she learned in the first two years of competition were invaluable. She was happy with her level of success and knew what she would and would-not do to win. She stopped short of any Androgenic supplements or DNP. Her desire for long life and an eventual family were all that limited her. But she was comfortable with that, and knew going into competition that those were lines she would not cross.

Today at 40+ a few years, she has children and owns a gym that caters to power lifters and BB competitors. She's not rich but certainly seems happy with her decisions. The competition experience helps her coach others and allows her to give wise advise on the pros and consequences of competion.

Good luck, and congratulations again. Also, congrats for having a husband that is willing to be supportive and loving without pushing. Rare indeed!
