looking for some help at how to incorporate growth hormone on my next cycle.
Going to be using testosterone and Blasting and cruising at 200 mg for the cruise 400 mg for the blast for the next 12 months.
Main goals are some quality muscle mass but I don’t want to gain any body fat that’s why I want to use growth hormone.
I’m 44 years old and I’m around 206 lbs and about 14% body fat how much growth hormone would you recommend?
