my new liquid diet

really have no clue if Im doing this correctly but let me know what yall think about my current diet

I work at 11am so my work out has to be almost right after i wake up

1) wake up - Protein Shake(methoxypro 23g), Amp 02, CEE
gym

2) Post work out - 3 scoops myozene


3) smoothie - banana, berries, 1/2 cup oats, 23g methoxy pro, 1 scoop muscle milk

4) lunch some meat and typically a salad or fruit

5) protein shake or bar

6) methoxy pro/muscle milk shake

Also with these i take nitrix, animal pak, green tea, and flax seed oil


I just started doing this last week and I feel great. Sombody was telling me that this may be to much protein. I weigh 210 and want to stay around there but change body composition. Compared to the foods i was buying before this is actually pretty cheap too. Works out to about 15 bucks a day total for 6 meals. Let me know what you guys think. Am I missing anything essiential or overloading anywhere?
 
I have doen this before

its great in a way,
but you do sacrifice ceratian things with it.

Its worth a try once a while.
