My NEW and Imporved diet.- great?

Morning-Protein shake-40 grams, 500ml skim milk-Banana(Vitamins)
Before Lunch- 3 medium eggs, a little bit of marble cheese, veggy omlet
Lunch-Can of salmon, scoup of mayo, 2 pieces of brown bread(one sandwich)
Mid...Meal4- 0.25 lbs of chicken breast on bbq, 2 cups of broccoli (A little brown rice)
Meal5- Shake after workout(40g+Glutamin)
Meal6- 0.25 Chicken breast+2 cups of veggies
Meal7-0.30 lbs of lean steak on bbq
Meal8-40g shake and glutamine with skim milk (500ishml)

I weigh 165 lbs, over 10% bf, 5'8'', 18 years old. How does she sound?
 
My goal is bulking with not so much fat gain. Im not sure of the calories, i just know, its enough. Im growing like crazy now, my whole body is becoming a stretch mark

i dont know how looks more like a cutting diet to me
 
protein looks low, those .25 and .30 lbs servings of chicken and meat are less that I consume on a cutting diet.

You need some dextrose or maltodextrim for your post workout shake. You also need more carbs for a bulking diet, clean carbs through out the day.

0.5lbs of red meat, and 3/4 lbs of chicken***

still for bulking id think to maybe add some nuts or anpb or something for some caloric boost..but hell if you are gaining you don't need to change shit
