I've been totally distracted from training, for the first time in a long time I've got a girlfriend... and it's meant alot of late nights and not enough sleep. I peaked at 93kg's, then it's just been dropping off because I haven't been eating, sleeping or training enough.
It works!!!! And it tastes good to me anyway, I mucked with the recipe until I found one I liked. What I do is mix it up the night before, let it sit in the fridge, and it builds up texture so it's kind of thick. It doesn't taste good when you first mix it up and I'm not really sure why...
Anyway hopefully I'll get back into this soon enough once the novelty of having a girl wears off. Watch this space! (not for a while though )
Sorry about the lack of responses it took a little bit of time to get my shit together. I have made a couple of adjustments to the existing formula so that it now looks something like this:
1L Non-fat milk
1 cup non-fat milk powder
2 scoops (~60g) protein powder (I like chocolate here)
Egg is GONE (Feel that the risk although tiny isn't worth it for me)
60-75g natural peanut butter
60-75g malt extract
1 Tablespoon of flax seed oil
2 Tablespoons heaped of cocoa 2 Tablespoons psyllium husk (for a bit of extra fibre) Dextores is GONE, replaced with 50g Oats
