For those of you who don't know I decided to give up steroids last August. I've been clean for about a year now and feel great. The only things I will take now are ECA, clen, and a shit load of supplements. This summer I dabbled with t3 for the first time.

So I guess you can't say that I'm 100% natural now, but at least I cut out steroids which enables me to credit myself for keeping my size during the last year. Any how...take a look and let me know what you guys think.

Man, you have less fat than my hand. Lookin awesome bro. Question: What is your diet like? If you have posted it before let me know. I need a good strict diet to follow... Keep it up bro!

Congrads on staying clean and keeping the dedication....

I wouldn't mind hearing you diet also, or do you eat what you want and have a fast metabolism?

Also if you don't mind can you post your stats and what kind of cycle you did in the past.

But more or less I eat three protein shakes a day (ProPeptide™) and two or three meals. I eat a lot of chicken, fish, roastbeef and steak. I drink lots of water and only get my carbs from shakes and a little veggies here and there. I try to stay under 50 carbs a day. Every 12-14 days a have a cheat day. I definatlly do not have a super fast metabolism. I always watch what I eat. I do cardio 6 times a week for a half an hour a day. Three of those days I do it in the morning on an empty stomach. If I start to put on bad wieght I'll do PM cardio also for 20-25 minutes after workout.

Height: 5' 10"
Waist: 32"
Biceps: 17"

Right on, man. Lookin' really good. Having that small of a waist really helps the upper torso look that much bigger.

Keep up the hard work.

I admire your discipline on your diet.

Damn bro, you look good. Nice tan too! Back in the day when I first started training I looked a lot like you, but over the years I've been able to pack on lean muscle and still maintain the ripped look. It's a bitch to eat good foods all the time like you mentioned, I know, and your diet proves it. Hell, to stick to a diet like that is really hard, I know because I have cheat days like you as well! Although they are more often :)

I cant say that I agree with you about downing 2-3 protein shakes a day. I stay away from supplements like those. In my opinion, they bloat you, even the low-carb shakes. And besides, no matter how good a protein shake tastes, I always get sick of them within a few weeks.

Looking good my man! You're almost catching up to me :) Just work on packing on more muscle to give yourself a fuller look. You definitely have the lean frame that most people strive for, that's for sure. Hell, I'd say you look better than 90% of the people on this site!

PS: Did'nt you post a pic of Ronnie and you a few weeks ago? I think that was you.

Is it harder to diet without aas?
Why did you stop using them?
How do you compare clen with eca?

I know what you mean about the shakes bloating you. I usually cut them out a few days before the beach or photos. I guess it's the salt in there tha does it.

No it's not harder to diet without juice. As long as you keep your protien high, train heavy and take glutimine and BCAA's then you won't lose much muscle. I only did 3 light cycles over a 2 year period and then stopped because I'm happy with my size. What I realized is that JUICE DOES NOT BURN FAT!!. When you put on size your metabolism increases but juice itself just makes your muscles grow. And as for as clen or ECA...both great drugs especially when taking together. But if I had to choose...

Clen is better for short term
ECA is better for long term

The one thing I like better about Ephedrine is that it really curbs my appitite.
 
kingjohn...I Myself like to enjoy a nice cocktail or a beer here & there. I always cheat every 10 - 14 days. So what I do is usually drink the night before a cheat day. So I guess you can sa I drink about twice a month.

And as for as being on the road a lot. Well I have one word for yeah... TURBO SHAKER. It's a portable protein shake mixer that needs no battiries or electizity.

harddtime...The pics above are me after one year off steroids. I achieved my disired size and spend most off my time sculpting and staying lean all year round. I realized that you don't need steroids to cut up. They only make you bigger. Now I just use clen, ECA, and T3. Plus I care about my health. I know clen, ECA, and T3 aren't great for me either, but at least I cut out steroids which in my opinion will catch up to you healthwise in the long run. I wanna have kids for crists sake. I may use gear again in the future but right now I have no disire to. I want to see how far I can take my physique without any more steroids.
