Alright bros I'm going to start this one on April 16, its going to go 6 weeks if needed.

Going to be following a strict Keto diet, 1200-1400 cals protein only for 5 days followed by 2 days carb refill.

I might change this up depending on how I feel.


I'll be keeping my routine pretty much the same, hopefully with the helladrol I'll be able to keep all my strength. On top of the 2-3 hours I'm in the gym every other day, I'll be doing an hour of low intensity cardio everyday regardless.


Day 1 - 45: 50mg ED helladrol + EC stack
PCT: Tribulus Terrestris 1500mg ed / Fenugreek 1500mg ed / Formastanzol / 25mg clomid ed for 7 days / Unleashed.


I'll post a before pic here as well, anyways stay tuned starting Monday.
 
You are lean as fuck. Put on some size man. I don't know you, and no offense, but reminds me of the skinny dudes I see spending all their time doing abs rather then weights in the gym. Correct me if I'm wrong?
 
And don't get me wrong. Did CKD a few years back. Dropped from about 260ish to 230 at 8%. Might have to do it again. Was runnin Prop, winny, and tren at the time too ;)
 
No offence taken bro... Right now the goal is to get all the fat off and then re-assess everything and see what I need to do.

I mean in terms of numbers I would ultimately like to be in the 190-200lb 7%bf zone.
 
Ok guys, quick update here.

Almost end of day 3, no carbs so far and only 1200-1400 calories mostly protein/little fat.

This is pretty brutal, I've reached a level of tiredness I cant really surpass now which I don't mind. Nice thing is I still have all my strength and more from the helladrol and I'm not really going any easier on my workouts.


Like I said, I've been doing LIT cardio every day in so far on top of my workouts. Burning roughly 800 calories on workout days and 400 on non workout days.

After cardio this evening weighed in at 181 lbs, guessing most of that weight is glycogen stores and water.
 
I would Def add some carbs back into your diet... At least around ur workout and in the am. U are pretty lean as it is. I ran a very low carb diet last summer. Yes I got lean... But I also lost a bunch of muscle, got weak, felt like shit, killed my metabolism, and was flat as shit. I'm 6 weeks into dieting now and I have kept plenty of carbs in my diet and I feel so much better and I'm almost as lean as I was last year after doing 10 weeks low carb. Make sure if u go low carb that u def have a re feed day once a week. I plan on running hella in a few weeks too!!! :). Goodluck man
 
I was running 6 weeks of kanta which helped alittle but most diets last at least 10 weeks and it wouldn't be a great idea to run hella for more then 6 as u already know. Like I said everybody is different. And It takes a while to learn ur body. Shit I'm learning something new every week. Lol. I just know that I will never do a very low carb diet again. I'll stick to carb cycling or a nice steady intake of carbs daily and reduce them weekly as the gains slow down.

I'll have to watch it then with the cals, might increase them some next week but we'll see. Sat/Sun are my carb refeed days, I'm making mental notes of all the foods I'm craving because I'm going to make those two days worth it lol.

Also once I do refeed I should be able to tell if I lost any muscle, if strength is any indication then I should be good because I'm still gaining day to day.
 
Day 5 Update:

Very tired, and easily exhausted. I can only push weights for about 1.5 - 2hrs tops now vs the almost 3 I used to do before....

Weighed in at 179lbs today...

Tomorrow is refill day, very excited. Have been prepping foods for tomorrow all evening.

Day 6: Refeed time, feels great...

Full of energy in the gym today and had a killer pump/vascularity. The past 5 days were kind of a let down, because to me it seemed I was just deflating, fat + muscle... But today was a really good boost.


Weighed in before leaving the gym at 185lbs again, will post a pic carb loaded later.
 
Day 16: Results are epic, have clear fiber definition on chest, back, and shoulders...

Going to post pics at the end of this cycle. Don't know if I want to go 30 or 45 days yet. Still have 14 days left if I'm not disgusting shredded I can go a little more.

No muscle loss, if anything I may have added a tiny bit thus far.

This week I'm going to try to maintain a 3000 daily caloric deficit, see what happens.
 
wow nice progress! What you are doing seems more like the Ultimate diet 2.0. PSMF for 5 days with depletion workouts and low fat carb refeeds over the weekend. But regardless what you call it, it's working ;)
 
Yes I must correct my initial post in saying this is a ckd, ckd uses calories from fat and some from protein.

I'm consuming only protein with absolutely 0 fat.
 
Re feed this weekend and today I'm at 185lbs still. 3200 daily caloric deficit last week for 4 days and the weight is the same.

Don't know what's going on exactly, I'll get a body scan done and see what my bf % is.
 
Dude If you wanted a cut should have used katanadrol.. Not saying Hella would not work but every steroid in its place right.. Add some katanadrol fuck it
 
Between Helladrol and Katana what would you say is better for prevention of catabolism due to extreme low cals?

The reason I'm using hella is I think its a little stronger?
 
This diet just got retarded harder this week, I think my body is trying to reject what I'm doing here lol.

Without some serious appetite suppression I'm not going any further with this protein only diet... Time to re-carb and gain a little in the 6 days I have left on this cycle and call it quits.

Only doing 30 days here, faster out means faster into my next cycle which will be beast...

In the future I plan to keep my cutting cycles to 3 weeks, will get some winny for the next one at 50mg/ed.
 
Appetite is one of the main problems I have... I can eat like its my last meal, every meal lol.

Thanks bros, I think I did add some muscle because these past few days I've had a chance for my body to carb up and get used to it and the strength has nicely increased again.

I'm quite impressed with helladrols ability to add muscle even on a ridiculously low cal protein only diet. Because of this I'm considering throwing in some helladrol in my next cut which will be with winny. 50mg winny + 25mg hella ed. Don't know if this will be harder on the body or not but I'll have to do some research.

I started taking ripped freak diuretic this am to see how shredded looking I can get. Stay tuned for pics.

Besides as of this weekend my weight has stabilized and I'm at 183lbs, so only 2lbs lower on the scale from the start of this cycle.
 
That was probably water and a possible 1-2% bady fat, and your results are sick bro. Gaining on a deficit is almost as hard as staying true to your diet.
