my g/f thinks she has a saggy ass... i bought her some of those tubes with the handles at each end, and i was wondering if anyone kno a web page with some exercises involving the tubes.

also i am not to sure about a women's diet, if someone could help us out it would be greatly appreciated
 
she can't afford a membership... we are only 18... that's why i need some exercises with the tubes and a good diet for her
 
bundgy cords? like to tie your car trunk closed with when you got a bed in there? (that gives new meaning to junk in the trunk lol :) )

guess i for one am still in the dark...
 
Why dont u guys chk out the H.S. gym, or maybe the local YMCA---where its like dirt cheap to work out. Or go jog or walk the tracks......

I still dont know what the tubes are??

She can get down on the ground on all fours, with her arms helping support her weight. Then lift one leg up, keeping her foot flat or toes pointed, and push up while squeezing the buttocks. Then switch legs.......

She can also stand against a wall, back straight, and slide down to the sitting position, and hold for a few minutes......that will help her legs and booty.

While she is just standing around, tell her to squeeze her buttocks together for a few, then release.......

I dont know.....might confuse you more like the tubes are still doing to me :) Chk out some local Y's tho......
 
Wonder why he is calling them tubes then??? I still dont know the way to use them tho.......sorry badass :(
 
she wakes up at around 10 does a half hour cardio then at around 2 or 3 does some lunges and squats... she doesn't have a job just graduated high school... looking for a job right now... a lot of free time on her hands thats why she wants to start getting in shape and plus since febuary i started dieting and working out 5 days a week i went from 230 29% bf down to 170 and 14 % bf so i think she is jelous.

she is skinny already 5'9 125 and 23-25 %bf no injuries very good helth
 
Tubes are not going to help sorry!!!! Go buy a set of dumbbells for both of you to use...or somehow budget for a gym membership...they can be around $20-$30...well worth it and you will get your moneys worth and then some. She needs to do some serious weight training...doing cardio and some tube exercises will not lift her ass or do anything significant to her body at all...It takes a lot more than that! She needs to do some squats..lunges...dead lifts....leg press...leg curls etc....also needs to work the rest of her body as well. Her diet is also very important. Do a search on some sample diets and some clean foods she should be eating!
 
I don't know how long your tube things are -- you can run a pole (broom handle, etc.) thru the handles, stand on the tube , put the pole across your shoulders and do "squats" where the you as you stand, the resistance comes from below.

... its a thought.

You can also use the tube thing for rear kick backs w/ resistance. Put one handle around one ankle, the other around the other ankle and lift other leg to side or back for a nice butt burn. Just make sure there is resistance on the kick. Do it slow and hold for good tight form.

Another good resistance thing is to put one handle around something stable (heavy or attached to the ground/wall), put the other handle round your ankle. Stand facing away from where the handle is attached to the wall. Hold on to something in front of you so you don't fall over. Stand far enough away so there is tension in the tubes. Then do knee lifts to the front. The movement is sort of like going from a slight reverse lunge (ankle w/ the handle is the one that goes back, the other leg is the support). Then bring the knee (of the leg w/ the handle) up to your waist. Make sure your back is straight while you are doign this. You should feel the resistance in your buns, hams when you pull your knee up.
