My first MM training session

I finished my first MM workout today:

Close Grip Bench:
135x8
185x3
225x3
275x3
315x3

Shirt:
335x3 no touch
365x2 1st one flew up, 2nd did not touch
405x1 no touch

6 Board:
315x1
365x1
405x1
455x1

5 Board:
365x1
385x1

Rack Lockout:
225x3
275x3
315x3
365x3
385x3

I need work on the shirt. I am 22 years old and I am a natural lifter. Please leave me any comments that u can. Thanks
 
overall the format of your workout looks good. how is your form? are you setting up how you need to be in your shirt? you need more reps in your shirt that day and they all should touch. post a pic of your form if you can
 
I have pretty good form. The shirt throws me off.The weight goes down too slow!!! I have a tough time keeping my elbows in. Do I need to bench with my elbows in when I do raw bench?

That was one thing Mule really helped me with on my bench. He told me Im wasting WAY to much energy bringing the bar down.

Concentrate on bringing the bar down as fast as possible and still hitting low where it needs to be.

always elbows in, you won't be able to bring it quite as low as when you're shirted up , but elbows in and bring it low. Drive your elbows into your lats. We make nearly all of our weights touch.. i can't really figure out how you got 365 to touch the first time and not the second, that the reverse of what usually happens.
I am assuming that when you say "close grip" that your pinkies are on the rings.
