My first cycle

My first Injectable cycle

Well my guy came through for me and I got my first cycle today.

250mg test (once a week)
200mg deca (once a week)
40mg dbol (daily x 30)
nolvadex

My height is 5"7 and my current weight is 167lbs
My goal is 185lbs+

this is my first time on a cycle like this, before I just used dbol (20mg/day), and was wondering how should I eat for best gains, and best place to inject, he was telling me my thigh, which sounds good to me.

So this is actually your second cycle????? You did a dbol only cycle??
If this is the case, I would have to reccomend a test only cycle, say 400 to 500mg a week of test-enanthate for 12 weeks, eat ALOT, but eat clean (diet forum), 4000 to 5000 cals a day and hard work at the gym on this dose will give great results. Run an anti-e. I have my thoughts on anti-Es to run, but everyone is differant. If you only did one cycle of dbol at 20mg a day, then technically this is your second cycle. If you did OK on the dbol, then probably OK to run it durring this cycle first 4 weeks, 30mg a day, 10mg 3 times a day will give best results from dbol. Dbol is dose dependant, so you decide what is right for you. But 30mg first time should do you just fine. 45mg a day will also do you good, but also BP will be through the roof. So many variables................

thanks for the reply, but yea it is my "second cycle", but my first injectable and Im kinda nervous. Will this help my appittight?

oh my....just run the test
next cycle run the test/deca

you dont want to bring two new compounds in at the same time, dont you want to see which each one brings to the table?

your pct needs some work - hit the reseach bro, remember you only have one body

if you're insitant on running the dbol - run it at 30mg

man i dont think you're ready for this...... your diet should be dialed in before you touch any aas - go hit the diet section, they'll help you out there

how long have you been training seriously, how old r u?

I have been training for 10 years of my life, I am 25 years old. I admit I havent had the best diet, only because I have always had a high metabolism thus why I can never gain to much weight. I only got the deca because I hear its good on joints(im having slight tennis elbow right now), and easy to keep gains better.

My diet plan was to drink lots of water(no soda)
eat lots of chicken, tuna, brown rice, steak, potatos, oatmeal,and pasta. I also have some protien mix I was gonna take 3x daily.

Pretty much lots of protien, and good carbs, with one day out of the week Im gonna treat myself to anything (junk food)

If you don't already know this than you shouldn't be doing ANY steroids. You're just gonna waste money and hurt your hpta, and probably more.

ok give me a meal by meal day please, and ill tell you if your diet is on track

ehh bro, dont take this the wrong way but your metabolism doesnt look all that great - you look like your at 14-15% body fat and if you are trying to gain some weight, not all of it is going to be muscle - you'll probably end up even higher at 16-17. id say cut to down to 10% which is having all abs visible without flexing, then bulk. ... unless your a powerlifter - but you dont look like one of those either.....idk man, im getting the vibe that you're just not ready yet

Everyone has there one opinion on where to inject, I was just wondering most common place(least painful). I already know the main source of foods I was going to eat, but was curious on how to get all those cals in a day (4000/5000) like whats a good food with high calories? I plan on searching the diet forum now.

like said before, this should all be known and routine before aas becomes an option and everyone says they know what they should eat, but these are the foods you should already be eating

bulking and cutting is not just an aas thing, should have tried successfully many times naturally before touching the juice......aas is not magic, its no shortcut - bodybuilding is a lifestyle, not something you do correctly a couple months out of the year

Check out the profiles of AAS and PCT forum, diet forum and after you have researched and answered your own questions by RESEARCH, then let us know what else you need to know before going down that road. No hurry bro, take it slow and do it right.

LOL, funny you should say powerlifter. I use to compete, but now I perfer bodybuilding. I have never really focused on my abs, what you see in the pic is from no cardio what so ever, just decline situps to help build a strong mid section for squating. I dont do any cardio at all because of the fact I loose weight, but I am planning on cardio while on the cycle 3x a week@30min.

I understand what everyone is saying, and thanks guys for the advice and thats why I joined this forum, because its new to me, but I have the gear now, and plan on a good diet. Trust me I dont want to just gain for 10weeks just to loose all of it. I want to keep most of it, so I dont have to use again(im not rich) My goal is 185lbs with 10% or less of bf, and I know I cant get that by eating junk food.

breakfast
oatmeal with protien shake/2tble spoons of olive oil mixed in
1st snack- protien bar/pb sandwich(on wheat bread)
Lunch-pasta with protien bar
mid snack-1-2 cans of tuna/more pasta mixed in tuna
Dinner- chicken or steak with baked potatos
Before bed- Protien shake/1-2 Pb sandwiches

Pretty much stick with that the whole ten weeks, while changing some things while adding others like brown rice with the tuna, and chicken with sweet potato. Im not a picky eater, so I can eat the same things day in and day out.

I was going to eat out once a week though, say pizza :chomp:

umm dude you should Definitely inject in your glute for your first time. just research on injection sites so you know what your doing. what size needles do you have? for glutes you should have a 22-24g 1.5 inch. i put the 1.5 inch all the way in. but about 3/4's of the way in should be good enough. it should slide ride in if done right.

I was going to do it while sitting down relaxed, or should I do it standing up?

should I inject to the side/middle, or front middle?

Sitting down relaxed and put it in the top middle above the tear drop of the quad.

Now should I just start with the 250mg of test only for now with the 30mg debol daily? I can set the deca aside for next time. When I was on the debol alone at 20mg a day, I put on 14lbs and was leaner, lost about 6lbs of it (mostly water).

I would recommend the test be shot twice a week at 250mg per.
Drop the deca for now, and the dbol is fine for the first 4 weeks. How long are you going to be on?
 
10 weeks, so if I inject twice a week, I can only go for 5weeks on test, I only have 30 days of debol@40mg a day, but im only gonna do 30mg now.

If it were me I would use the test and deca like you had above and drop the dbol. At those doses you probably won't see any sides. I think the dbol would end up giving you more sides than the other two.

Well I just injected the test in my right glute, I hate needles and could not get the nerve to put it in my quad. Should I inject the deca some other day in the left glute?

Also when I injected I kept pulling in and out slighty, only because I was nervous as hell and injecting the test was a little harder than what I thought, I want to inject slow, not fast so I took my time, but when I pulled the needle out I saw just a drop of test come from my glute. Is that ok?

Yeah take your time, you can mix the deca and test in the same shot if you want. When the pin is in try not to move it around this will cause lees bleeding and yes some oil may leak out.

yes. that's a good amount. at week 5 or 6 hit the cardio daily. this will keep the estro sides at a minmum(fat deposition) and keep you lean.

Up tha cals to at least 5000. Only clean carbs, drop the potatoes and go for low GI, ie brown rice, yams etc.

Ideally 2.5g protein per pound of bodyweight, at least 2g

If he wants to get fat and a bunch of nasty stretch marks, eat 5000 calories. Depends on his goals. His goal says he is looking to gain 18 pounds. It isn't all gonne be muscle if he reaches that weight, i can say that much right now.

300 grams of protein should me more than sufficient at your weight.

He only weighs 167 lbs right now, and he's 5'7". Have to keep that in mind.

On steroids, getting overzealous with the caloric intake doesn't help. Eating 3800 calories and 300 grams of protein daily is just about right to "bulk" but not go over the edge at his size. 18 lbs on that height frame will make him look huge.

Thats what im talking about!!!! I always figured for my height 185lbs and pretty lean would make me look huge. I have seen a hand full of guys my height and around 215-225lbs lean, and its just way to big. I want to be over all athletic

a lean 225b at 5'7" is damn huge. that's way big.

I would have to weigh 260 at 6'2" to look as big as those guys. Don't want to be near that big. Geez, guardian is like 240 and he looks f-ing huge and is my height.
 
yeah just stick with the glutes dude. dont use the same needle that you drew the oil with to stick. it will slide in easier if you change it out.
 
in that case carb cycle - hit a CKD 3 days no carbs, 1 day carb load. On non carb days make sure you keep the cals up with Natty PB etc.

Check The diet forum - I just bumbed the greates diet thread EVER for you. Also PM me if you want a sample diet.

Im on tren/ prop now and CKD. Im bulking lean mass+ losing bodyfat.

injectionsite.com You can inject in the thighs, just gotta know where. I always go in the thighs when on a tren/prop cycle, 3 sites to a leg. outer anterior quadrant, more lateral than medial. I think this is the name of the site that shows you exactly where you are suppose to inject. But if you are inexperienced, then should do glutes I guess.

Slat this is probably the only time I have ever disagreed with you on something. The siatic nerve is in the glute so I am more worried about that than any other. The quad has more nerves but they are easy to avoid. I have done many glute and quad shots and now only do quads. At first I couldn't shoot in them but after geting to 236lbs the glutes are just to hard to do.
 
Up Date!

Going on week five now, been off dbol for about a week now. Current weight as of today 183lbs, 16lb gain if five weeks. Waist is still the same, feel alittle bloated but depending on how much I eat that day. I look the same to myself when I look in the mirror but everyone else says Im getting huge :whatever: Guess its hard for me to see it yet, since I see myself every day.

I plan on starting cardio next week 20minx4 days a week. I am also gonna try to hit 200lbs by week 10 or alittle after, then cut down to 185lbs solid. All lifts are through the Roof right now

Bench 230X10
Squat 275X10 (deep)
Leg Press 750X10
Deadlift 350X10

Great job black, keep up the good work. Sounds like everything is comming together. Are you getting any sides on that cycle? I will most likely start my first cycle in a couple of months. Have any before and after pictures? (no homo)
