My First Cycle...please Critique!!!

I just started my first cycle 2 weeks ago...i am 5'10'' 185 and have been lifting for years...it consists of:

Test Enanthate 200 mg/week weeks 1-10
Deca 400 mg/week weeks 1-10
Winstrol V 300 mg/week weeks 7-12
Proviron 25 mg/day weeks 1-12

maybe D Bol 20 mg/day for 4 weeks somewhere in the cycle

i havent noticed any strength increases yet and have gained only about 4 pounds so far...

are the dosages ok? and when will i start to notice the strength increase and the bodyweight gains? any replies and suggestions will be appreciated thanks!!!
 
Man,

First cycle!! You have a good chance of screwing yourself down the road with the amount your going to take. Keep it simple. Your receptors are virgins, they'll take well to 400mg a week of deca or the test, but taking 1100mg a week is way to much for most intermediate guys. Radar or Mustang can help you out a little more than I can.

I think it's a good cycle for someone with a few already under their belt.

Stick with the test for the first one.

A preferred cycle would be 400mgs test wk.-a simple & good first cycle.

Agreed. Drop the winny and Proviron. You could even drop the deca to 200 as well.

I would run only one compound at about 400mg/week for 10 weeks for a first cycle. That way you know how well youi respond to it.

You can make huge gains off of 1 shot of sust every 5 days for your first cycle. That will work out to about 350mg per week of gear.

these guys have all made some good points. but you already have your gear and you are already on ur cycle, so only changes i would recommend are: drop your deca down to 200mg/week to match the amount of test you are taking. 400mg week of gear is f'ing plenty first time out. and i would skip the winny altogether. you are already taking proviron which will help keep you hard and lean. i dont see anything wrong with a month of dbol if you want in the front. make sure you have nolva on hand in case of gyno/bloat
and have your pct dialed in. hcg/nolva. i wouldn't worry about progesterone buildup with only 200mg deca/week, but if you want get yourself some dostinex/cabaser.
as far as gains, you are using long ester compounds, so you won't "see real gains" till well into 3rd or 4th week.
