My FIRST cycle...ever. Need some opinions!

Hello all, I am new to the board but not new to lifting by any means. Been lifting hard for 10 years.

My stats are:
Male - 28 - 5'10" 201 lbs
18" arms, 11-13% body fat

I will post before and after pics for sure because I expect this cycle to be intense. I am running Alinshop's Newbie Cycle GOLD, modified a little.

Basically I'm running View attachment 124953

But I will be running Danabol 50mg ED for weeks 1-4, and will be running the EQ for 12 weeks and Test for 14, I increased my order for both. My diet will be 1.5 grams protein, and my usual clean diet. I need opinions on:
1. Is 14 weeks good, or should I run it out to 16 as I have read before?
2. Should I run the danabol? I've read some boards where people say yes and some where they say no.
3. Should I run creatine with this? Again, some people favor it, others curse it. Thanks!!

That's a big 1st cycle. You will love it. Do everything right and you could gain MAJOR MUSCLE. Balkan dbol are incredible... no need for 50mg though. Start at 30mg and see how you are and up to 40mg and maybe finish at 50mg if you want. Creatine can be great when on cycle (especially with avar) but no you definitely don't need it on this cycle. I would save the creatine till your pct and afterwards for a good boost. I usually recommend low dosed cycles but if you have a good base and are gonna go for it a cycle like you have planned could transform you if done correctly.

I can not read the doses, but I do not like it brother, it is your first cycle, go low and slow.. stick with one compound (test) 500mg a week and you will love it.. test and eq is my fav. cycle but i did not add eq until my 3rd. no need to gains were sooo good on test only..
good advice above on pct, need a lil more/longer but consider saving some $ and go test only for the first and see how your body reacts....

I will def be running longer than a 3 week PCT. I also have a 10 week course if pregnyl at 500/week that I'll be adding towards the end.

I have really been digging as deep as I can to get every mg and gram of protein planned out.

As far as cycles go, I'm very confident that this will be a nice, efficient cycle for me. I need more opinions on the test and EQ levels.

Also, I will be dropping my danabol from 50 to 30mg ED, and slowly increasing it over the next few weeks as suggested

eq takes a very long time to even show... it starts to really start working after 8-9 weeks... so it wouldn't make much sense to stop it a few weeks later right? it is extremely effective but you want to get the most out of it... i would go 600 at the minimum but 800 is the sweet spot... you should not exceed 30 mg day of dbol... if you have quality, thats more than enough... your just going to increase the mehtylation and estrogen raising the dose and your not going to like the results of that... you should add sarms to this cycle... gw and eq go together so well... read my articles on sarms at Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMS) - Evolutionary.org here is the layout i would recommend

Alright, that's why I'm here. I'll be checking out those sites shortly! You don't advise running the EQ for a few weeks shorter than the test c? I agree that 18 weeks is doable, but others have urged my to stop my EQ two weeks prior to my test? Running test for 20 weeks seems way too long. Thoughts?

Yeah, after giving it another look, it's way too much, way too long. And EQ is a lousy choice. To me, a good first cycle is 25 mgs of d-bol for one month with N2GUARD. But I know...everyone wants to be Jay Cutler by tomorrow.
 
No Nelson it's not that at all, I'm just researching everyone who's experienced and they're different opinions and thoughts. While I'm looking for exceptional gains because my diet is intense, I'm realistic. What are you thoughts?

You said it was too much for too long, what's the proper dosage and length In your opinion? I'm still in week 1, so I'm valuing everyone's input every day still.

I'm also going to be adding before and after pics within the next week

running test 2 more weeks after stopping EQ is the king of broscience you will hear on message boards.

exactly! ive never stopped eq short and never had any of my clients stop it short either and recovery has always been right on... there is no need whatsoever to stop it short... i question just how suppressive it is anyway... one of the qualities it has is its low amount of side effects... that's not to say it does not have them but in comparison to other steroids, its definitely one of the most mild...

I look forward to seeing how I change after 18 weeks, especially with how strict my diet is. I have meals planned out 3 days in advance and plan to for the full cycle. I want to get every possible benefit from this, I just needed help with the gear from you guys

Did my third pinning today and I can already tell the increase in focus and pump. I'm following the plan down to the hour of injection and my workouts have been intense as hell as usual. I've cut the dana back to 25mg for the next few weeks because the immediate weight gain was faster than I anticipated. Will update in a week with current stats and pics. Today, Wednesday the 2nd I am 209. We'll see where I am as the cycle progresses 👍

I just did my 5th pinning this morning. Training has been good, diet has been good, but It's getting easier to food prep as my schedule is settling down. Only problem so far is injection soreness. I've been rotating between right and left quad, and right glute with a BD 23ga x1", and my quads are quite intense. I alcohol the site, and the vials, aspirate, and inject over a 2-3 minute span after swapping fresh needle,, and the next day I limp noticeably. I have no problem with pain, I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions? Btw so far so good on the cycle, no major increases in hunger or strength, but my chest and arms are slightly more vascular. In a few weeks I can't wait to see the changes once it all kicks in

Inject very slow. I found most pain come from shaky hands too. Glute pin should be longer than 1".

You'll have no pain in no time.

Keep this in mind. Stable blood levels are important. So don't fuxk around with your dosages. Just pick one and stick with it. Less is more. I had problems when adding orals and changing ai dose. Gotta have that estrogen in the sweet spot ! Id say it's just as important as test!
