My female colleague

Hey girls, so I wondered if you could help me.

Basically, a colleague at work asked me for my help, and I'm not sure what to suggest. Basically, she is looking to lose around a stone more of weight, and she has lost around 2 already. She doesnt wanna inject anything, but doesn't mind if it's legal or not. Her diet is great, and she exercises 2-3 times a week. She took some "weight loss tablets" last week, and said all the did was give her headaches.

Any input is greatly appreciated,

If she's just interested in losing weight, I'd say try a fat burner. My fav two are Forged Burner from Needtobuildmuscle.com and Alpha T2 at Orbitnutrition.com. Forged works really well for me. Pop it in before cardio and it makes an enormous difference. There are more 'intense' things she can take/do but id give those a try before going too intense. Just my personal opinion.

She needs to work harder on her exercise. 2-3 times a week aren't going to push her past her plateau. Tell her to get out at least five days a week and sweat and push and train until she pukes. Then she can decide whether some pill will make a difference. There is no easy way to get results.
