My diet

heres what i had today, not the best but i can get away with some cheats here and there. but i want to stay lean

meal 1 - 1 cup shredded wheat, 1 cup milk
meal 2 - 2 cups shredded wheat, 1 cup milk
meal 3 - 3 eggs, 2 pieces ww bread, 1 cup milk
meal 4 - 1.5 cups milk, 30g whey, 2 tbsp ANPB, 1 banana
meal 5 - 5 chicken pieces at Carls JR w/ ranch
meal 6 - 6 oz fish, 3/4 cup rice, spinach salad
meal 7 - 10oz chicken w/ mayo

calories = 3200 calories, 200g protein

that is the shittiest day of food i have ever seen lol. where in the hell is the food.
 
throw some burgers on real 100% whole grain bread in there. my teenage boys eat more than that.

i know ive been gettin that lately, nothing i do is right :( o god theres my clomid talking ahahahahahaha

i just cant seem to afford that much.

I usually stock up on turkey, milk, eggs, shredded wheat, pb, cottage cheese, ww bread and whey. what am i missing? more meat?

i think beef should be in there a couple times. i would take the eggs you have in the 3rd meal (i think) and add them to the first meal and put some beef in the third meal (or where the eggs were)
