I understand since it is free, but the crappy sides from pHs may outweigh any kind of gains you get. IMHO, just because you get something for free, doesn't mean you should put it in your body. To each his own though.

I know it has more fat, but when I'm cutting I find some lean red meat such as steaks from the round to be more satisfying. If your carbs are low, you can still lose the weight. I've gotten to the point where I hate chicken breasts.

Doofy Take my advice and Avoid the Prohormonal version of Animal Stack.

If you are gonna fuck with Hormones, go all the way and Juice, you will get 490284902 thousand times better results with the same side effects of AnimaL Stack.

Otherwise, Avoid all hormones at your age. (Which I would recommend)

Peace.

Creatine will store water in your body what you dont want while cutting.DON'T TAKE CREATINE WHILE CUTIING.WITH CREATINE YOU NEVER GONNA LOOK RIPPED AS YOU WANT.

People posting replies to this thread suck!!!

PROXY = Probablynothuge

Curmb Cake is the only one who is right...hit the sauce...

WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING WITH SOMETHING CALLED ANIMAL CUTS....SOUNDS LIKE THE MOST PATHETIC SUPPLEMENT EVER>>>>> I AM JUST RAGING....THis Diet board sucks!

proxy the water retention effect of creatine is not hard to get rid of and will leave after u stop using it and it helps u to keep strength while cutting so i dont think it is that bad of an idea

Agreed with the above posts about creatine. It really helps to keep strength up when you are on a low carb diet and the water retention will go away very quickly after you quit using it. If you are really worried about the water retention, use TRAC creatine-it's pricey, but you won't retain nearly as much water and you'll see the obvious effects of creatine.
