*Denotes a record being broken
What you see here is as long as I have been deadlifting...not counting back in middle school.

I have used a conventional narrow grip. As you can see I do not do many reps at all. I am on the BFS program also. Give me some feedback please. I want to know what you think of the progression. Thanks guys and gals.

thats exactly what im gonna try starting next week.
it goes like this:

week one - 3x3 - 315
week two - 5x3 - 325
week three - 3x5 - 310
week four - 3x3 - 340
week five 5x3 - 335
week six 5x5 - 315

i hope this brings me past the 405 mark.. we will see :)

I dont' know anything about the BFS system [i was never on any athletic teams at my school that followed it], but it looks you are continuallly breaking records, so kick ass! Keep on keeping on.
