My cycle results

Hi everyone, my first day of PCT is today. My cycle was

test 500mg EW week
dbol weeks 1-4 30mg
katanadrol week 8-12

I am 5'9" 200lbs 10% BF. 21 y/o. I started at 171 so i gained 29lbs. I usually stayed around 178 but for some reason i was dropping weight. Anyway im very happy with the results. I have a log here somewhere too in the AAS section. Some strength increases were

bench- before 225x5, after 275x9
deadlift - before 225x8, after 318x8
squat - before 225x6, after 295x8
DB military - before 70x6, after 80x12

hear so many people saying this..and I UNDERSTAND the rules here on ef. BUT, whats to be said for amazing athletes like trey brewer?? 21 years old, um, you think he has only done one cycle?

Damn man, you did so good on your cycle. I cant believe you gained that much weight and still look shredded, haha.
Definataly got stronger too. If you want to keep it all make sure you keep eating just as much or more than when you were on cycle.
im hopin i can gain 29 pounds on mine but the way its lookin right now, it might be hard.
you look pretty vascular too. awsome man
 
Great work brother. You must really be loving the results. And yo, same prob here with the PCT. No HCG for me, but I do have some Clomid and Adex coming in soon. I am also using Sustain Alpha and that shit has been helpin' the good old boys come back. I am also on Needto's Forged PCT.

Let me know if you plan on doing another cycle. Look sick though. Just don't lose the gains.
 
Excellent work bro. You have a great base and certainly look awesome for your age.

Traps, bi's and chest look great.
Now, start working on your tri's, forearms, and quads.

conanx-yea my pct is 50mg clomid, 12.5mg aromasin ED, sustain alpha. Ill let you know how it goes with me, we have the same body type kinda so we should react the same, i just see that everyone thsat gets bad acne is either fat and hella white or skinny and took 1g of test. haha i do plan on another cycle, a cutting one then im done for a couple years, Ill let my diet and training maintain what i get or even gain more

What was your diet during cycle?? If I gained 29 fuckin lbs I don't think I would have abs but that would be sick! I'm really curious as to what your diet was?
 
thx winny, idk its almost impossible for me to gain fat id have to really eat like shit. My diet wasnt perfect, but in the beginning it was a lot of eggs, sweet potatoes, ww bread, milk and chicken.

Towards the end, when i moved things changed and i started eating eggs, ww bread, anpb, milk, meat, almonds, and protein shakes. i always had a gallon of water, and i alwaysmade sure i had protein when i woke up, after workouts and cottage cheese or peanut butter before bed. Always drank milk

to be honest toward the end i was eatng more carbs complex, and less protein. I dont think i ever got more than 250g protein more than a couple times the whole cycle. So now in PCT im gonna get 250-300g every day, so maybe that will help transition and not crash enough going into pct

My question isn't really about the protein, that's a given in any diet. What carbs were you eating every day and when??

winny, my carbs were always complex or either from milk. I never tried eating carbs after 7, so before bed i would have a whey shake with milk and peanut butter, so there would be carbs but not a lot. I just tried eating more complex carbs in the morning, and less at night, but really it would be pretty fuckin hard for me to get fat. So i dont really need a pinpoint diet like most people do
