Doing cycle with testosterone 500mg and 25mg dbol 2 weeks, 10mg dbol 2 weeks, 25mg dbol 2 weeks, right now. I'm in the last days of the third week and the pumps are sick.
I changed my diet after watching Ja cutlers new film where he ate low fat, pretty low to medium protein and high carbs. I'm at about 4800cals right now and eating every other hour. Eating about 58% carbs, 29% protein and rest fat. All the extra fat from omega3. Eating red mean all day long, mostly solid foods and lots and lots of rice.
about 700grams of carbs 2800
about 350grams of protein 1400
about 70g fat 630
BW right now 205lb, shooting for 215lb at this BF(pretty low)
ALso taking in a ton of Alpha Lipoic Acid right now, about 5grams per day and I'm not gainin much fat on this diet, not as I did last time at this calorieintake.
Anyone used this high carb diet form while on a cycle?
