Hey! Would like some input. My goals are to loose 1lb fat per week for about 6 weeks. I will do clenbuterol for 2 weeks, and then ECA for 2 weeks, and then....and so on..
My stats are H: 184cm, BW: 89kg, BF%: about 10%
I thought of a low carb, high protein, mod. fat -diet.
Total calorie-intage per day: 2400cals
# Protein: Never to go under 1.5g/lb BodyW(3.2-3.5g/kgBW) (280-300g per day)
# Carbs: 100g per day(the days I work out I will take 30g of that after my workout)
# Fat: Remaining calories(total of 2400calories) will be from fat
One day per week I will eat whatever I like (5000-6000cals)
I will workout mon, tue, thu, fri, and also do cardio 4 times per week(high intensive for a maximum of 20 minutes).
(this is NOT a keto diet, It's almost, bu I want to eat more carbs than on a keto diet)
