My Clen/T3 cycle - your thoughts?

Good morning ladies,


I'm currently doing my first Clen/T3 cycle.


CLEN 20, 40, 40, 40, 60, 60, 60. 80, 80, 80, 80, 80, 80, 80
T3 25, 25, 25, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 37.5, 37.5, 25, 25, 12.5, 12.5


Today is Day 6 and this stack is working very well so far. It makes me feel very tired and sleepy, but it's no big deal. Sleep is underrated :D


My weight is currently 122 lbs for 5'1". I know that a Clen/T3 cycle is likely to cause muscle loss and that most people wouldn't run it without some mild anabolic. I've considered trying Anavar at 2.5 or 5 mg a day but I guess I'm not ready to walk that step yet.


I've read a lot about Clen/T3 before starting my 2 week cycle. Actually, I bought it 6 months ago. It seems that Clen doesn't need to be tappered off, so I plan to stick with the highest dose until the end. Anyone disagrees with this?


On the other hand, I read very contradicting advices about T3. A lot of people say you absolutely need to tapper it off slowly. Many other people say that this is a myth and that tappering off is useless. What's your opinion about this?


My intention was to run only one cycle, but since it's working so well, I might consider doing another one after a 2-3 week break. So I was wondering : in your experience, does the first cycle work better than the next ones?

Hello amazing and welcome to EF!
As far as the T3 goes, I have never heard anything diff then taper off. The reason for this is to prevent rebound.
So hope that helps you at least a little bit.

What else are you doing, diet and exercise-wise. This would affect your results. I don't think that the Clen is worth it, I tried it for a couple cycles and wasn't impressed at all. It doesn't do much I think. I went up to 120, and still did not see any effects I couldn't get on my own. I wouldn't do T-3 because I don't want to hurt my thyroid- it works fine.

How is your clen/t3 stack going? Im online researching for my first stack and it sounds like you have a good plan and wondered how its going since its been a little more time since your post?

Im a dedicated workout girl on a very clean diet. I have competed figure several time and although not wanting to compete, I'm always wanting to be a little leaner. I have plenty of muscle (could have competed body building) but dont really WANT to be 'big'. I have never taken anything to build muscle.. Im just genetically gifted to easily build muscle and I love training hard.

So now Im wanting to try t3/clen stack to get leaner and I dont even mind if I lose a little muscle in the meantime. I have done clen alone before and it does seem to help. But Ive read that t3 with clen could be an awesome combination.

Id love any/all your thoughts. Thank you!
 
No, clen does not need to be tapered off...but T3, good heavens yes it absolutely requires tapering off. When you take T3 you're manipulating your body's natural thyroid hormone production, you're already at risk while taking it, if you just come off without tapering that's bad news bears and can severely mess you up. I hate both clen and T3. But when I ran T3 in the past I always kept a rule of thumb, I'd spend at least 2 weeks tapering off just to be on the safe side and I've never had any rebound issues when coming off.
 
albuterol is far superior..why take clen its a dirty product crappy sides and can lead to heart neurosis.

I have tapered off T-3 both in a one week and two week model. They've worked the same for me. Rebound is somewhat inevitable.

My opinion on both drugs is that I will never use either again. Clen ducks and can kill you. T-3 is just not good enough. ECA is the only fat burner o would recommend.
 
Inevitable but more controllable if you give your body adequate time to adjust.
