The reason you're gaining weight is because your diet is high protein but no fats. You need to have higher healthy omega 3 fats in your diet if you want to balance out. Also like protein pudding? what are the nutrition facts ont hat? Salmon bowl how much salmon are we talking about? This seems way below your BMR-10%
