Ive started my 8 week Anavar+clen+t3 cycle. Im 1 week in.

OD pharma
5mg Anavar
50mcg t3
20mcg clen building my way up to 40

30years
163 cm
76,3 kg

My goal is first to loose the weight, my goal weight is 65kg.
Would be nice to have some toned muscles too at the end of it.

Im on a high protein diet 1400calories a day
Try to eat as clean as i posible can, but wont beat myself up as long as i stick to 1400
I use Lifesum to log my food
36%carbs
35% protein
29%fat
122g protein per day
I lift 5times a week
And also getting my 10.000 steps in everyday
I workout in the morning before breakfast, also walking to the gym for 20min cardio in the morning

Non smoker
Wont drink on this cycle!

My problem is the weight, ive been working out for years so i have some muscle. But my body loves to keep all the fat on tight!
Think my body is an endomorph haha!
I am determined, have lots of motivation i am ready to slay this cycle!
Please help guide me!

For others, this is the original discussion with @Leopardsocks about her cycle:

First, I suggest you test your anavar (oxandrolone) to make sure it's real, MANY women get fake or counterfeit anavar and get nasty side effects. Now, I don't represent roidtest but you can easily get a roidtest kit and test it (it's a must for women)

Second, your T3 dose is too high, start with 25mcg and stay there for at least 4 weeks and do 6 days on 1 day off with t3 to give your thyroid a break.

Third, your diet is interesting but lacks detail, please export out of your app the text and paste it here, meals, amounts timing etc.

Fourth, Your training and cardio also not clear, please post your sets and reps and how much you do of what exercise each day. If you don't keep track, start today on your phone open NOTES and put the details there as you go.

P.S. Clenbuterol is best used 2 days on 2 days off and don't go over 20mcg for now, stay there or you'll saturate your receptors.

P.P.S. you are on an oral steroid, are you using organ or liver support? if not, you need tudca based liver organ support asap 3 capsules per day of n2guard: https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/store/N2-GUARD-p75.html
