i thought that shit would work within an hour.. nope.. didnt feel much difference that night.

That happened to me too. Took it on a Friday... nothing. I didn't notice much Saturday during some fun.
I did notice that all the way until Thursday it was working though. Odd.

It usually hits me pretty fast too. There's been a couple times where I didn't notice it until the next day. I think it all depends on when you get aroused.

Yeah, I had the same experience. I think it takes at least 4-6 hours to kick in. No need to take it everyday too, thats nice. If i take it on Friday night I am good the entire weekend. My wife was really surprised last Saturday night when I lasted about 30 minutes! This stuff seems to increase my staying power too, hell even after I am "done" it stayed hard and wouldnt go down!

Actually, my understanding is that, normally, it's supposed to be effective w/in an hour. However, those tests were conducted on people with ED, not normal people. . .not that any of us are "normal" ;)

30 minutes?? I don't take cialis of viagra or any of that stuff but the last one for me and my wife lasted six hours. And that was just the first night. About five days latter we were to tired to play anymore.


If your only good for 30 minutes please take my advice. Do a cycle of test, 750 to 1grm per week. 750 is enough for me. Do heavy compound exercises, lots of them. I like squats, clean and press and bench. Some people like deads a lot but I think that the squats and clean and press handle the areas deads work just fine. Now you have the right exercises you need to do a lot of them. I always start with a compound exercise in the beginning of my workout. For example clean and press. Load up the bar so you can get out eight to ten reps. DO a set then rest three minutes. Then do another set, rest three minutes. Then another set and rest. Keep this up for one hour. DO this for every compound exercise at the beginning of your workout. This is just the first exercise. I usually do about five to six more exercises with about five sets each per workout. Do this volume training for a month. Take three days off and jump in bed with your women, or any women for that matter. If you still only go for thirty minutes go to the doctor cause something is really wrong with you.
 
I feel a little guilty about starting the trend of using Cia at 50mg dosages, when I introduced the 50mg tab it was with the intention of people using no more than a half.
