my cheat day

start of with morning cardio...
bfast-7eggwhites,oatmeal


afterchurch= orange chicken with brown rice(CHINESE)1bostonkreme donut,1cup herseys cookie dough icecream cream

20mins later=4donuts more and half of butten peacan icecream mixed with milk,whipcream and chocolate syrup for shake


5:30pm

raspberry danish and boston kreme donut,peachs and cream,bag of cheese doodle chips,chocolate milk


I AM DONE FOR THE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday
start with cardio -40mins:/
 
have no fear i took my FAT BLOCKER PILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
 
For my cheat day, I just substitute my 2nd meal of the day (10am) with a #16 Breakfast Combo (Ulitmate breakfast sandwich no cheese, hashbrown, and large sprite) plus 2 tacos no cheese from Jack In The Box. Then, I'll usually have a serving of desert with my 4th or 5th meal. I get about an extra 400 cals.
 
yah i know diamond,but after eating the 1st cheat meal i passed out haha sugar rush.......i dont wanna get to fat on this day haha
 
hehe cheat days rule:) but bulking is like cheat days everyday:P since i eat chinese food for one of my meals haha
