A few 'supplements' never hurt... no kidding. Do you really want your boss to get on some sort of anabilics? Results or NO RESULTS, if he gets injured, you and YOUR JOB are fucked@!
My suggestion..
ECA, CARDIO.. and tell him he needs to be CONSISTANT! ...
tell him that 20 min's 3days a wekk won't do it. AT LEAST 4 -5 DAYS A WEEK .. at 20mins. That will at least catapault his heart rate and burn more calories while he's sitting in his office.
4-5 days will produce results. If he can't make it to the gym, have him walk 3 miles a day... or gradual build up to it. It doesn't even have to be a run. Eat smaller meals through out the day. Instead of 3 .. go for 6 SMALL MEALS.
common sense in any fitness situation. I'd suggest not pushing him towards gear unless he already knows you're on... oryou could very well lose your job and be seen as a needle junkie.
As far as all orals.. he's putting himself in more danger then anything.
And for a side note.. why is DNP so DAMN COMMON right now?! People.. it's so freak'n dangerous it's stupid. I've had friends have reactions that put them in the ER 3 times... why they kept on using it.. is anyone's guess.
Begginners... ESPECIALLY if he hasn't been working out 5 days a week or more for at least the past year or so.. should be nothing except as follows.
Building Mass:
Workout 5 days a week, seperate body parts
Eat 1.5-2grams of Protien per lb of bodyweight.
Lower Carbs to about 25-30% of your diet @ around 2500-3000 calories per day.
And do cardio 3 times a week @ 20mins at a fast pace walk.
Supps: Creatine, protien.. and FOOD FOOD FOOD
DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Leaning OUT:
Calorie Intake to: 2000-2200 calories a day
CLEAN CALORIES (supplement 500-700 calories of the diet with protien shakes and bars.. not just food)
ECA for 12 weeks.. even something as common as Hydroxycut
Cardio @ 4-5 days a week no LESS then 20 minutes at a fast pace walk, or eliptical machine
Work out: 5 days a week, one body part each day for enough recovery time
Keep carbs still at a minimum of 30-35% of the diet, with LOW FAT INTAKE.
Meals: still 6 SMALL MEALS instead of 3 LARGE ones.
and DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!
AAS isn't always the answer. Remember the whole idea is use AAS when you've hit your natural potential.. b/c as most responsible users would agree... AAS is not the CUREALL or the MAGIC PILL to fix the problem.
