AAAWWWWWWW....

Cutie!

he looks so much like needto, and your girl looks like you. Very cute.

Thanks for posting those.

Kinda makes me wonder when the cuddles, hugs, and kisses will end!
I must admit I am having the baby blues right now and would give anything to hold a newborn in my arms again..I guess I should go buy one of those interactive, pissing, bowel movement making, crying dollies..Lol

You can watch mine while Im at work...lol. I am already terrified of getting someone I would trust. I would trust you. I know you love babies.

oh my god..i can relate. I only allowed my mother in law and sister in law to watch my first born..then after i became a little more trusting, and still 3 kids down I do not like any one. I only have about 4 maybe 5 people tops that I will leave my kids with..My oldest just started having sleep overs with needtos parents, I am a basket case the whole night.Telling needto to call him, wondering what he was doing, etc....i do not like being away from my kids.

your kids look happy... congrats..

How sweet. I feel you on trusting anyone with your kids. My oldest was FIVE and a half the first time I left them with a paid sitter. Till then they were with me 98% of the time no matter where I had to go - grocery store, doctor visits, you name it all four were in tow. I only trusted my mother (on rare occasions) and my sister when she was available. My one bitchster-in-law watched any number of them maybe once. I wouldnt have it any other way. I didnt trust ANYONE with my babies. Once I taught them "good touch/bad touch" and to ALWAYS trust their gut and to not EVER feel badly to say "NO" to an authority figure or anyone else no matter what they threatened or said... I felt better.

I taught them about their consciense with a simple test.

I would sit them in front of a glass of juice and tell them to dump it all on the floor. I assured them that they would not be punished, I would not get angry and they would not have to clean it up. All four reached for the glass without thought then once they realized what I was telling them to do they staunchly refused. I believe that at least two of them actually began to cry because of the confusion. Here I was, an authority figure, their PRIMARY authority figure telling them to do something THEY KNEW WAS WRONG.

I then gave them big hugs and kisses and praised them for "listening to their consciense" and told them that no matter what, it was ok for them to say, "NO" to ANY adult, even if it was their father or other family member and I WOULD BACK THEM 100% PERCENT.

I couldn't have sent any of them to school without this piece of mind.
