My anavar/proviron/transaderm cycle

Hey everyone,

I am going to be posting my log of my upcoming run of Var/Proviron/and Transaderm here and on mr.supps

goals: dry lean gains, looking for some strength increases

cycle:
1-8 transaderm 5 pumps am
3-8 var 60/60/60/60/80/80 (though may just bump to 80 starting week 3)
3-8 proviron 75/75/75/75/75/75
5-8 forma stanzol 5 am 5 pm

pct:
9-12 clomid caps 25/25/25/25
9-12 forma stanzol 5 am 5 pm
9-12 DAA powerchews
9-12 unleashed/postcycle

1-8 n2guard 7 caps a day
3-8 hcgenerate 5 caps

starting sunday 11/18 i am going to start frontloading transaderm two weeks before the cycle starts to build it up, i am also going to start n2 guard as well and let that build up in my system.

any input or advice is appreciated

also considering throwing in katana v3 on this one

Work up washed up five pumps to shoulder/ trap area

135 warmup x many
185 x 15

135 x many to failure burnout set.

Guillotine press first time incorporating this so focus in form and squeeze.

135 x 3 x 10
Just trying to keep strict form.

Db bench press
70's x 20. Chasing a goo pump
85x 3 sets 10,10,8
Dbs only go to 85 in my gym unfortunately

Hammer strength decline
185 x 12,12,12

Pec dec
130 x 20
160 x 15, 15, 12

Dips
3 sets x many to failure.

Tris

Skull crushers
135 x 10,8,8,6

Push downs.
I go medium weight to failure. Stack goes up to 90

80 failure
70 failure
Drip to fifty and go from 50 down to 5 drop sets to failure.

Ball crunches 4 sets to failure superset with 25 push-ups.

15 mins in the bike and out.

I do tris on chest an shoulder day. They have always been my laggin part and I found they respond to the
Medium weight high volume.

Time to grocery shop and eat.
 
Day 2
Transaderm five pumps am
Started front loading n2 guard and lipid stabil as well today
Ill start hcgenerate on cycle.

Workout

Legs

I usually start with squats but the racks were taken so I started with leg press

6 plates x 12 x 2 sets
8 plates x 10 x 2 sets

Squats

135 x 35
185 x 25
225 x 20
225 x 20
225 x 17
225 x 13

By the last set I got te hazy black around my line of vision definitely felt these. Idk if its in my head but over very strong on each set.

Fronts.
Used smith for this

135 x 3 sets. 12,12,10

Lunges also on smith

135 x 3 sets. 15, 12, 10. Each leg.

Did some and and stretching.
Have to stretch really well tore my quad from the knee six inches up a few years back and there is quite a bu if scar tissue.

Uphill walk on treadmill at six incline 7 for 20 mins.
 
Hey bro looks good so far.
Make sure your breathing, not holding your breath on your reps.
Also get off the Smith for your Ft Squats and lunges. Much better mechanically for you with the Oly bar.
 
hey Zed, i know i always breathe, it makes me laugh watching the guys squat whos faces are beet red cause they are holding their breath, i usually do use the oly bar for fronts and lunges, but the racks were taken up so had to make due with what was available. Legs are still sore today!

Had a crappy shoulder workout, pulled something in my chest idk what feels like a strain in my right pec,
