MY 3rd cycle - bulking

hey guys,

first, thank to dylan for helping plan this cycle.
This is my first bulking cycle.

1-10 test prop 100 mg eod
1-10 npp 150 mg eod
1-10 LGD 10-15 mg day
1-10 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-10 caber .5mg e3d
1-4 dbol 30 mg day
1-4 n2guard
5-8 HCGenerate ES
9-10 hcg 1000 ius week

I had started this cycle on monday (my 3rd cycle) and will try to update weekly so that if i have any doubts or issues, i will be able to get some info and clarification from you guys. :)

i started this weighing at 184lbs and my calories for week1 is 3500 (after increased it by 700)
i have since gained 5lbs for this week....didnt expect a 5lbs gain but it could be due to dbol (?)
first time taking LGD as well and I started at 10mg ed...have been feeling very hungry daily...wondering if it's due to lgd??
training has been good with some strength increased but i am aching all over....and feeling swell and pumped on chest, back and arms.
right nipple is feeling a little sensitive...will be monitoring it since it's only week1 and i am on aromasin and caber already....hope it's not gyno. could it be the dbol?
test p is giving me pip that lasted more than 1 day...is that norm?
 
Your aromasin dose needs increased to 25mg EOD because of all the aromatising compounds in there. Everything else looks pretty good

i had test and npp in my last cycle as well and on 12.5mg aromasin but i have dbol this time.
so the nipple sensitivity is to due the dosage of aromasin(?).... i thought it's due to the body responsing to all the compounds during the first week..
noted..will increase it...thanks!
 
Looking good ... really good, except, if running Aromasin at 12.5mg ... I would run it ED and not EOD, or up the dosage, like Rick said, to 25mg EOD.

If your diet and training is on par, this will be a good damn cycle! Take pics of before, during and after ... if you don't want to post them on here, then at least you have them for your own reference.

training has been constant and hard so not too worry on that...am trying to keep the diet as clean as possible.. :)
am taking some pics and measurements as well..for own references..
 
Week2

another gain of 4lbs at 3800 calories...a bit hard to hit 4000 calories...will try to hit it or more at week3.
don't seem to get hungry all the time now.. only in the morning and after workout.
training is still good - strength still increasing a little and the pumps are good...except aching all over at the shoulder, trap and back areas...could it be back pumps??
am doing cardio 3 times a week at 30 mins each.. am considering whether to increase to 4 times to help maintain the fat gain or just go with the gains first and worry later..any advices?
based on past cycles, too much cardio (4 times per week) will hold back my gains but then I didn't take dbol for past cycles.
sensitivity at right nipple went away half way last week before I up the dosage of aromasin so I will maintain it at 12.5mg eod for now.
pip is still there a day after the injection for all the areas I have tried - delts, quads and glutes so it's confirmed test p gave me pip but it doesn't bother me much.
 
add gw CARDARINE to this cycle bro... it will help to keep these gains much cleaner... there's a lot of aromatizing here and so there will be excess weight for a bit... gw will keep it much cleaner and will fully maximize this cycle and allow you to workout at a level you did not even know you were capable of... i had ran the triple stack (as planned out by you) before this bulking cycle so i know gw is good but i will take note of this for my next bulking cycle as i'm at week3 for the current cycle now..
yes, it has been mentioned that there is a lot of aromatizing.... you think i should still up the dose of aromasin to 25mg eod? i didnt becos the sensitivity on the nipple went away half way last week.

Week3

another gain of 6lbs at 3800 calories...cant seem to hit 4000 calories...feeling very full and bloated to try to eat more, not getting hungry like week1 and 2.
training is still good - strength still increasing and the pumps are good.
not much sensitivity at nipple but i am taking 25mg of aromasin eod to see if it help with the slight bloated feeling.
 
week4

no gain in weight at all as my appetite was suppressed and feeling full whole day so not able to eat more...still at around 3800 calories.
have no idea why my appetite was suppressed...wondering if dbol could be the cause.
Anyway, this is my last week on dbol so i'll know next week if dbol is the cause and hopefully my appetite will be back and I could load up to 4000 calories.
Strength is still good and pump is still there.
Everything else is good beside not eating more. :)
 
Dbol does cause appetite suppression in some people.

kinda hard to bulk if appetite is suppressed... :(

Let's hope I could go back on bulking next week without the dbol.

Npp and test is a sweet bulk cycle anyways so you should gain more than enough weight without dbol

yes, it is a sweet bulk cycle.
I ran it for my last cycle and gain 2lbs a week until I cut down on my carbs (after week5) and that's when the gain stops.
so I've learnt and will be loading on my carbs since npp is dependable on it to grow.
so far so good...besides the pip from test p... :)
 
week 5

no gain in weight as i'm getting back my appetite after stopping dbol at end of week4.
I must say appetite is back and i will start to increase my calories to 4200 for week6.
strength is good in the gym...increasing and muscles hard and pumped.
all good so far.
 
week 6

gain 2lbs...at 4200 calories.
appetite is good and no bloating..
strength is increasing slowly and muscles hard and pumped all the time..
so far, had gained 17lbs in 6 weeks...with another 4 more weeks to go...feeling great with energy to want to train everyday...:)
 
week 7

gained 2 lbs for this week...calories at 4350...getting a little hard to eat more..
everything else is fine....
 
week 8..

gained only 1lb this week as i didnt increase my calories much ...as it is getting hard to try to reach 4500 calories plus i put in an extra day of cardio...
strength is good and workout great...muscles pumped and tight.
however, just discovered by accident that my right nipple is sensitive to touch again and i think there is a small pea-sized lump ... freaked me out a lot so taking aromasin at 25mg eod since thursday..
i have 2 more weeks to go and i hope the lump will go down or disappeared by then without having to stop the cycle since it's finishing.....must be from the dbol during week1-4...
or should I go with letro or bump up caber dosage? any cause for major concern right now??
please advise...thanks!
 
oh...1 more thing...do you hold water on your feet while bulking on dbol?
i think my feet seem more "swollen" or "bigger" these past few weeks....

That's water retention and it's bad if your feet are swelling.. what is your diet like

oh crap!
i suspect it's water retention as well but it's bad??!!
i didnt know as i dont have that problem at all until this past 1-2 weeks (week 7&8)
diet is the same since week 1..except the increase of carbs (brown rice)
but am taking soy protein and carnivore - beef protein for these past 2-3 weeks to help increase the calories (in terms of carbs and proteins)
may i know why is it bad if water retention is at the feet??
any relation to the small lump at the nipple since these 2 things happen around the same time?
 
week 9

didnt gain any this week....watching the sodium intake and lesser carbs plus double dose of aromasin due to the lump on the right nipple.
water retention seems lesser on the feet and the lump seems smaller i think...at least not getting bigger..
strength and muscles pumped/ hardness are great.
 
week 10

drop 3lbs for this week...could be due to lesser carbs and the cardio....ended with 17lbs gain in total.
strength is still very good.
lump is still small and under control i think....

now i have a question - should i do 2 weeks of test p (100mg eod) to end this cycle before going into pct? or should i just stop as planned for this cycle for 10 weeks of npp+test p?
i have more than enough test p to finish this cycle...
any comments??
