What else can a girl do to get her butt harder beside the traditional squat, lunge and wide stance squat? I've tried it all and my butt won't get hard like it used too be.
No flat butt here!
My 2 month hiatus was more like I'd workout than I'd take a few days off. I was never mentally into it nor had the motivation that I was had.
I'm @ 11% BF. I've lost a lot of Muscle which was my goal. I'm happy there. Like I said, everyone thinks I'm too skinny compared to the summer, but who cares.
I can squat, stiff leg deadlift and lunge until I fall over and it never gets hard. I need viagra for the ass.
As long as your legs are solid muscle & someone told you you were "TOO BIG" meaning 'muscular'... I'd use those strong quads to put my foot way up their....
I worked with a trainer who told me my legs are pretty thick already (they are for my 5'4" frame) so don't work them.
I'm thru being concerned with being too "big". Muscle mass mass MASS gimme more! YEEAAAA
