muscular butt

What else can a girl do to get her butt harder beside the traditional squat, lunge and wide stance squat? I've tried it all and my butt won't get hard like it used too be.

I have heard from quite a few people (from asking around) that diet is the key. Many find that when their diet is on then the fat there is at a minimum....

I am going to try Yohimburn, although there are mixed reviews on it's effectiveness.

My diet is good. Could be better with the protein consistency in the food instead of the shakes.

I've had too many people say I'm too skinny now. I went from a cycle of winny(size 10-12) too a size 3-5.

I'm just starting back too my routine after a 2mth hiatus.
3days on 1 day off.

I have no butt. Their's shape but it's not that hard w/o tightening it.

I want too be able to bounce a qtr off of it.
 
glute development = hip extension = lunge, deads, SLDL, squat and variations...

getting that top later off? priceless...opps, I mean slowly cut back on calories :D

You might at the moment have a great diet, however, if you are eating too much, well, you're eating too much. Slowly cut back on calories, good luck... prude wants to feel it when it's yum, hard, and round :p

If you are JUST NOW returning to the gym after a 2 mo lay-off then OF COURSE your tusch will have a little more "squoosh". :D

If you are currently size 3/5 (not that that is an accurate predictor of bodycomp) then I don't really think that diet is your main problem.

I believe it is due to a loss of "tone" (yes, I HATE that word too!). Just hang in, eat CLEAN and BIG, don't stress over too much cardio and your butt will be up off the floor in no time! j/k

My all-time personal fav for bringing back that bubble-butt is HANDS DOWN:

Just wanted to say.. be sure you are eating ENOUGH - if your butt is now flat, it sounds like you need to BUILD muscle - increase lean mass/ create muscular hypertrophy... whatever you want to call it!

So you need enough calories and enough protein to support that muscle growth, so go CLEAN but not too low on those calories:)
 
for increased muscle mass

squats and stiff legged deadlifts (form is the most important issue)

for fat loss in the glute area or other SFP's (stubborn fat pockets),

ec/nyc/clen (rotate these every 2-3wks) stacked with yohimburn
 
nor-ephedrine 20-25mg
yohimbine 2.5-2.9mg
caffiene 90-100mg

products vary but you cannot have more than 3mg in an oral (tablet/capsule) yohimbine- anyone that claims otherwise is lying about the contents of their product.

the old formula for adipokinetix(the later bottles while claiming Nor were either underdosed or ??- it has been discontinued), it is what is in MQ's PPA (plus aspirin), and NYC from AF.

btw- no more nor epehdrine products are being made... what is in stock is all that is left (manufacture has been halted by the FDA)
