#1

squats
side lunges
reverse lunges
elevated reverse lunges
kick squats
front lunges

super set them all together using light weights (30 - 40 lbs) and do 3-4 giant supersets. (no rest between exercises, 2-3 minute rest between giant sets)

#2
step downs
step ups w/side lift using 5 lb ankle weights
sumo squats
dead lifts
donkey kicks w/ankle weights

3-4 sets of each with double the weight of the first day. Minimal rest between exercises, minimal rest between sets.


I don't squat heavy anymore, mostly because I'm too lazy to wrap my knees. They've been hurting lately.

oh, yeah. 10-12 reps per set. I forgot.

So how often do you do them? Once every seven days or ??? e.g., #1 on the 7th and #2 on the 14th or what??? I'm REALLY surprised you do relatively low weight!

Oh we need to talk ... maybe I should get me some ankle weights ...

I'm a genetic freak from the ass down. If I lift too heavy, I'll be borrowing Ronnie Coleman's pants. (well, probably not, but maybe his sister's.)

I work my legs twice a week.
