WABDL is a tested federation, but they only test 10% of the top co-efficients. Other than that I think the rules currently state that if a competitor wants another competitor tested that was not already tested, they have to pay to have that person tested and they too have to be tested and pay for their own, which is about $200 for both.

Hey good luck to both ya'll.
Its ok to be nervous Mrs. It wont effect your lifting at all. In fact you may lift better. Those nerves turn into adrenaline!!
I knwo Ryan will be the first to nail 800lb. If Scott Taylor said it was the fastest cleanest lift he'd ever seen then thats all anyone should need. Ryan is so freakin powerful , when i read his workout with bands on another board it really truly blew my mind. A freind of mine sent me some clips of Ryan lifting. I had one of him hittign 622 in 98. And one of him warming up with 525 raw. He is progressing Fast. Hope he see's 850!

Hey Melissa and Ryan...... Man I haven't been on line in a while.... I've been missing all the fun....lol Don't worry about things.... You'll do great.... And I know you well enough that, You'll prob. be worried more about Ryan than yourself.... Just remember that it's just like the gym on ME day.... Listen to Ryan's voice focus on what he says... Let him talk you through your lift.... AND LISTEN FOR THE COMANDS!!! LOL Don't do what I did at my first meet and rack the damn thing before the camand, to win it........ Musclehed275 will never let me live it down!! lol You'll do awesome!!!!
