There"s nothing wrong with painkillers or muscle relaxers aslong as you don"t abuse them or have addictive habits.But if you have these problems then you shouldn"t be on gear either.

In the end I opted for never using them again, and had to RE-EVALUATE my training and lifestyle choices in order to get at the root of the problem which was my activity. How I lifted how I ate, how I slept, etc.......

Did you read my book and copy my story? LOL! They suck to get off of your body actually aches but the good thing is or at least in my case was that the withdrawals only lasted for a couple weeks and I was not even taking as many as some people I know!
