Can it be used instead of protein+ flax or Udo's oil? There is alot of fat in it- MCT's. Now what is the diference between MCT's and Flax? If I can remember I think that MCT are more readily used for energy than other fats. So I would think that if you take it before bed and don't use those MCT's for fuel or energy then they will be stored. But why would Flax be any diferent? I love the taste of this shit. The Caseins and Caseinates in it are perfect for the slow absorbtion- mixed with the fat it's just what were looking for...to stay in an anabolic enviornment throughout the night. It would be a great treat before hittin the hay. Anyone have comments or opionions?
