What multi vitamin do you guys recomend?

I like Animal Pak or Optimen from optimum nutrition. As long as I get vitamins then I don't care

Opti-men is good for the money.
Optimum just came out with some athlete multi similar to animal pack a couple months ago, haven't used it. Animal pack is the best from my experience no doubt.
