im wondering if there is any difference between centrum/one a day vs. a store brand multi vitamin (assuming the side of the label has equivalent nutrients) To be honest im a cheap bastard so thats why im asking. Obviously something like GNC Mega Men will have more minerals and what not, but these Osco/CVS/Store Brands appear to be the same as a highly touted Centrum or One a Day, no?
