inverted? As in upside down? Or inside out?
inverted as is molecularly changed to contain the same chemical makeup but a dissimiliar configuration
the receptors can only absorb what is designed by nature to be absorbed
sorta like real vitamins and fake cheap shit that you piss out

actually some parts of sucralose are metabolized by the body.

to answer your question - if you're combining splenda with fats and proteins and eating it in moderation, then it shouldn't spike your blood sugar levels. if you're eating it by the spoonful, that may be another question altogether...

I plan to add it to my Oatmeal, which I eat 3-4 times a day. The reason I asked is it has Dextrose, Maltodextrin, and Sucralose as the ingredients which puzzled me....

my package says sucralose only
but count it as two grams of carbs per tablespoon anyway

the effect is so minor, you prob. wont notice the difference.....I bet I use 10-15 packets a day, whcih may come to 2tbs......no ill effect.........
