Mr. X, I read your replys daily and have learned so much from you! Do you think you could possibly advise me as my training and nutrition plans have changed.
I was a runner - running 80 miles and up per week. I also combined that with weight training and an Atkins type diet. Carbs were only in the form of veggies and low glycemic at that. Now that I am injured and can not run at all I am forced to find an alternate form of cardio. I have a commercial treadmill and a commercial stairmaster as well as a full free wight gym in my house. My weight has increased to 105 and bf is around 13%. How should I train? What should I eat? Do I add carbs like oatmeal? I really love weight training and am glad to be doing more of it. I still have abs and veins showing but definately want to get bf back to under 10% and eat right. I know I am asking alot here!
Thank you!
