i KNOW THIS ISNT A DIET QUES, BUT DO YOU THINK INJECTIN L CARNTINE(STERILE STUFF) IS GOOD FOR FAT LOSS/SPOT REDUCING???

Would it be sub q or IM.....it says IM on all I have read, but I have heard of guys using it to spot reduce trouble spots.

Synthetek is GARBAGE, I'm sorry to say. I'm all agains it, that is one of the reasons I LEFT mesomorph. Injecting L-carnitine will NOT spot reduce, it's a good way to have a doctor cut out that ball of puss that will form. L-C is a useless product (injection wise) and too risky. You would probably get way better results doing Yohimbine (not HCL) injections, even that is dangerous an can cause cardiac arrest.

Stick to topical Yohimburn and diet....
