Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are the three Branched-Chain Amino Acids. They are among nine essential amino acids. What dosage should I take?
As a dietary supplement take 1 serving (5g) 1 to 4 times daily. The best times to take BCAAs are immediately following strenuous workout of activity, intra workout (during) and before bed.

Most research involving BCAAs recommend up to 10 grams (2 servings) and also show dosing at that level to be safe and relatively free of any adverse effects.
