I just listened to the press confrence. Shawn Ray is the fuckin man!! The most intelligent bodybuilder by far. Ronnie Coleman is a fuckin idiot!! Can this man speak english?? Apples and Oranges??This man is a total moron. He's embarassing himself when he speaks. Coleman will win again, and that will total piss me off. I'm not paying to watch, because I already know what's gonna happen. The biggest person will win. I thought bodybuilding was about symmetry, size and detail. Coleman has a bigger pot belly than most of my beer guzzling friends. Just letting my opinion's be known. Tell what you thinks guys. Peace.

yea I'm listening to it now. It's hilarious. I don't think symmetry has been the goal for a while now. Unfortunately the biggest wins which hopefully changes sometime on the near future

Shawn Ray has always been one of my favorite bb's. He may not be the biggest or freakiest but I think someone like him could do a better job representing the sport of bodybuilding to make it more appealing and acceptable to "regular" people. I think most people would be happier to have a Shawn Ray physique then a Ronnie Coleman physique, I know I would.

I hear that bro............I would much rather looked like a ripped Shawn Ray than Ronnie "Bloat King" Coleman. You guys ever see the Shawn Ray video "The Final Countdown"? I would recommed it. He talks about everything from training, dieting, even posing music. It's pretty good. Kudos to all Shawn Ray Fans.
