most weight loss in 30days???

im not saying unhealthy to the point of 40lbs but in the hospital. im sayen 20 even maybe 25 lbs, not all fat, water etc.
im shooting for 25lbs. i am currently 250lbs.

i will eat 5-6 times a day: lots of celery, eggwhites, whole weat pasta wth fatfree italian, 99% lean ck breast, brocc, bunches of oats cereal dry, protien shakes eod, gallon water day, up untill 2nd to last day. then nothing for last 24hrs.

any opinions welcome, shit talking or help is fine. definately would like maybe some former wrestlers advice from cutting. post on fellas!!
 
Are you trying to get to a certain weight for a fight or to look and feel better?

10lbs in a month is the most I lost without losing muscle and I thought that was a miracle.

Im sure you can probably drop "20lbs" if you havent been working out and have been holding on to alot of water or dont mind losing muscle mass.

It depends on your goals honestly...

well i work out 3-4 times a week but eat like shit period. wilson farm pizza, doritos, hot dogs, ramen noodles etc. im pretty much a strong (225lb bench for 25reps), agile (3miles in 23min) dunk a tennis ball still (i'm 6ft) , fat coated layer undedicated piece of dogass former athlete. the only reason im sayen some of these things is because i think i can def get down 15-18lbs pretty easy because its not like i cant get on a treadmilol for 60min etc.. dont really care if i lose to much muscle. just seeing what people may have accomplished or some tips to help. thanks for the responce. gonna post in diet forum also. thought i was there.

in your 1st few weeks of dieting,,,,5 lbs a week should be easy. in 30 days i think you could lose 20lbs....they get tougher and slower to lose after that.
 
I were you i would diet and hit cardio hard for the first month, thats what i did in the fall and dropped 25 lbs with the help of clen..... little if any muscle at all.....gl

Been on the stimerex es now for 6 days, started off at 249lbs on march 12th current weight right now is 242lbs, thats with nothing in belly since 5pm and a 45 min cardio interval session, just got home and weighed myself. may have a bowl of total cereal and skim milk before bed but i feel great. been pretty good on the eating and even had a order of wings on friday-- and also been hitten the cardio every workout no matter if its just a 2mile walk or 45min interval training, like i said im not trying to compete! thanks for the advice need2.

one of my friends took hydoxycut hardcor for a month and with
doing cardio 4times a week and eating right he lost 25pounds
