most ECONOMICAL source of CLEAN CARBS

Hi,

I'm trying to find the best source. I really want my 6pack to come out, but with the cardio I do and the lifting I do I really need a good amount of carbs in order to add lbm. I'm currently on ECA and will be switching to T-Rex in a few days.

Right now I use slightly undercooked spaghetti and whole wheat stone-ground bread.

What is really cheap and has a very low glycemic index? Thanks. Mega karma your way if you can help me find something.

It sounds as though your goals are going to conflict with one another. You cannot lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. You will need to select a goal, reach it, and the go on. If you really want your abs to show, then focus on cutting until you get the body fat percentage that you want. Then, you can start to clean bulk and add lean muscle mass.
As far as economic carbs go, I sugggest a baked potato with nothing on it. Try a little butter and pepper if you have to have something on it.

Thanks for the response. So you are saying it impossible for me to reveal my 6pack while gaining muscle?

Though I thought potato had very high glyco level, close to sugar??

carb wise, look into:

yams, sweet potatoe, veggies (asparagus, beet, broccoli, cabbage (green), carrot, cauliflower, celeriac (celery root), celery chicory, Chile peppers (hot), cucumber, dandelion, endive, garden cress, garlic, green beans, lamb's lettuce, lettuce, onion, papaya, radishes, spinach, turnip, zucchini)

I guess, pretty much root veggies :)

I dont think it's impossible to lose fat and gain muscle, albeit both very slowly at the same time

I managed to cut my bodyfat % yet i gained weight and looked alot more muscular

It requires HARD training and CLEAN eatign

only carbs i ever really eat are from veggies and oatmeal. I kept carbs to no more than 40% (usually around 35%) of my daily cals

1.5-2gof protein per lbs and the rest from fat
I made sure not to eat too far below maintenance.

My vote would be oatmeal. It's extremely cheap, a great source of complex carbs and fibre, and even tastes good.

So you don't have sugar postworkout?
