Morning cardio...how do you wake up??

I have a copy of a good investment newspaper delivered every morning, so I look forward to reading that while I'm doing the cardio thang. I also have been popping a Thermodrene thermogenic before I hit it - this particular brand of thermo hits pretty quickly so you dont' have 45 min of hang time before you feel the kick. And frankly, after awhile, my body starts to "crave" morning cardio & it is really hard to stay in bed & miss the early morning session. But getting through the "after awhile" period can be annoying.

And I can't bullshit myself into thinking that I will actually get results if I DON"T do the cardio. I can lift until the cows come home but it has ALWAYS been when I do AM cardio that I actually get results.
 
Thanks everyone again. Just wanted to let you all know that I took several approaches last night to prepare myself for getting up early this morning. Last night before bed, I drank two glasses of water. Then, I put a glass of water and my ECA next to my bed. When I woke up at 3:30 to go to the bathroom, I drank another glass of water. Needless to say, when my alarm went off, I popped two ECA's hit snooze twice and was ready to get up!! I was so pumped. I am in a totally different mind-set already today. Unfortunately, the only two outlets in my room are right smack dab next to my bed, so I am going to get an extension chord this weekend so that I can move it further away. I think there's hope for me yet!! ;)
