I have a copy of a good investment newspaper delivered every morning, so I look forward to reading that while I'm doing the cardio thang. I also have been popping a Thermodrene thermogenic before I hit it - this particular brand of thermo hits pretty quickly so you dont' have 45 min of hang time before you feel the kick. And frankly, after awhile, my body starts to "crave" morning cardio & it is really hard to stay in bed & miss the early morning session. But getting through the "after awhile" period can be annoying.
And I can't bullshit myself into thinking that I will actually get results if I DON"T do the cardio. I can lift until the cows come home but it has ALWAYS been when I do AM cardio that I actually get results.
