500mgs equipoise
50mgs a day turinabol tbol
im a 10 mile per day runner and have been a distance athlete for over 20 years and i assure you that steroids are not the answer for help in this area.. eq is ok at best but severely overplayed in what it can do for endurance... sarms are BY FAR the best option here...
